Dr.Shieh was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I appreciated his willingness to answer questions and his pleasant manner.

Dean Mcgee has great doctors. I would like to see them recognize some of the staff that works for them. I dealt with an employee named Cheryl working for Scott Samples been there for 22 years very good at her job and should be recognized.

My family and I have been coming to this eye doctor ever since I was a kid. I think almost every employee, including the doctor speak perfect Hmong, so my parents can easily understand the whole process. The wait time is usually short, and the doctor always remembers you. They had lots of patience for my five year old brother for his first eye appointment too. Highly recommend for families in the area!

I was so nervous converting over from glasses to contacts but Dr. Wilson was so thorough in her examination and communication. When it came time to put them in and take them out before I left the office Megan was assisting me upfront and she was so sweet and understanding not to mention very very patient with me! She was so helpful! If you were looking for an optometrist in Temecula I highly recommend this office! Even if you need to drive 30 miles it’s worth it.

Don't bother here if you have a super high prescription (My eyes are -7.5 and -9.25). I got glasses here a year and a half ago, and they did great. Got new glasses this month (same prescription) with the same index (1.74), and the lenses … More

As always the staff is professional and thorough. Dr. K took the time to examine me and come up with a thorough prescription and troubleshoot a problem. I have been coming to this office for at least 15 years and absolutely love them. And we’ll go back for glasses and exams in the future.

I think Dr Fleischman is wonderful! I’ve had 3 Appts with him so far. Each one has been an average wait time of 15-25 minutes. The staff is very nice. Dr. Fleischman is nice and very thorough with his exams.

The number of appointments they make exceeds their capacity to work. Patients pile up in the waiting rooms. You may have an appointment scheduled and it is very common that when you check in it does not appear on their lists. They do not use an electronic record system, not even email, they only have fax. If you have the possibility of going to another office it would be better. The doctors are good, but their methods are very outdated for 2024. The team of receptionists and medical assistants do not have adequate coordination. They should consider thinking about a manager if they do not have one.
