Went here for an eye exam. Was told ONLY AFTER the exam that insurance would not cover it since they are out of network. Charged me for things I did not request. Would strongly recommend not going to this place

Friendly reception! Dr.Salamanca was super nice and patient with my daughter. Very positive experience at this professional location. One of the better Vision Centers.

Explained I had gotten an inaccurate eye prescription the week prior at a different costco location. Receptionist said no problem, come in tomorrow at 1:15 for eye dilation. I showed up, they were at lunch until 1:20, and then the cropped top wearing young woman informed me they were in no consortium with the other optometrists & therefore it would be some $200+ for a correction that was told to me would be free because of the previous wknd's prescription inaccuracy. Drove over an hr where gas is $6 a gallon for absolutely nothing. Complete waste of time & utter lack of competency.

I am glad I went to this location. Dr Ahuja is very professional and sincere unlike other location that I have been to. I can feel her pleasing personality and patience with me. She provided me with care that is more than I expected. Thank you so much Dr Ahuja.

I have visited Ritu Ahuja three times for my eye examination in the last three years. Each time,I had most comprehensive eye examination done by her. She takes time to explain the current facts about my vision. I appreciate her concerns and suggestions for my vision. Thank you Ritu!

Bought some of the Ray Ban smart glasses. The staff answered my questions expertly and were super cool. Couldn't get them to work, so I brought them in and they did everything they could but my phone wasn't compatible. They immediately helped me process a refund. All in all the staff were super helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for better service

My first time wearing contacts was scary but the staff here was so patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the process. Raquel went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the steps that are required to wear contacts. I greatly appreciate Raquel and Jeff's kindness every time I went here. Thank you for a wonderful and experience!

My last day of wearing glasses after I have been wearing over 10 years. I decided to do ReLEx SMILE. It doesn’t hurt at all! I did with IQ Laser Vision- Santa Clara. I highly recommend!

There’s a reason this place consistently gets 5 stars reviews - their staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, and people get the results they want. I had a good time interacting with everybody from the consultant to the office staff to the doctors. I got SMILE and the procedure was as quick and painless as I expected. It was a little scary of course but Dr. Pham was super calming and made the procedure feel easy. Within 24 hours of the procedure I felt that my vision recovered to 20/20 if not better. 3 days later, I was embarrassingly late to my post-op visit (and arrived after their office hours) due to heavy traffic. Because I was flying out the same night rescheduling would’ve been quite difficult. Despite it being entirely my fault, the office still decided to wait for me, and Dr. Wu who saw me after hours was incredibly understanding and efficient. (Sorry again for making you stay late!) All in, I whole heartedly recommend this place. I think it’s run by good people who care about their patients.
