Amazing staff! In a post-Covid world where everyone is tired, it was a breath of fresh air to speak with Sylvester on the phone. He was super helpful and accommodating with looking up my insurance info, scheduling appointments and getting everything set up in person before I saw the doc. Doctor was very knowledgeable and explained contact lens options, benefits and drawbacks regarding monthly’s vs. dailies. Also answered any questions I had. I did not feel rushed through my appointment and it felt like everyone at this office genuinely cared about helping their clients/patients have the best experience. Convenient downtown location too. Would highly recommend!

I had to take my Mom there when she was having problems with her eye. The doctors and staff here are fantastic. The waiting times for both the initial and follow up visits were minimal (and I love them for that). My only complaint about this place is that they don't have wfi in the waiting room but that's pretty minimal.

My glasses were constantly falling off so I went in to see if they could bend the frame for me. The gentlemen fixed them right up in just a few minutes and sent me on my way free of charge!

Dr Hymas is fantastic. He took care of my R eye in five minutes and I can SEE AGAIN! Lost sight in that eye and so glad that’s fixed now! Staff was all friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

These people are so amazing!!! I was over an hour late for my appointment due to weather. I called immediately call to tell them I was running late. About a hour later they called to check on me!!! I finally made it and they treated me like I was the only customer in the place. They were very quick, professional and thorough. So. I was able to get all my exams and surgery on same day!!! Fast, friendly, professional and skilled!!!

From the time we arrived, everything from the front desk reception to the dismissal of the patient (my mom)was extraordinary and very professional. Dr. Katzen and the staff were phenomenal. If you as the patient follow the booklet and read all the information given you will have a great experience. Every step is lined out and easy to follow. We have nothing but a big thanks to you all. Awesome experience. The whole staff was super nice and very knowledgeable. Dr. Barber is one of the best Drs. I have ever had. I will definitely be back and share my experience with all my family and friends.
