This optometry is a joke! They are in network for my insurance and close by, so I decided to give them a try. The door was locked when I arrived during the business hours. After a while, a lady came out and told me to book appointment by email even though I have my prescription and just wanted to looked at the frames. She said they are all busy and I cannot look by myself. She refused to book for me when I was there and said they are good with responding emails and they would reply within the same day. She also made it very clear that she does not want me to call for appointment. Then, I went home and emailed them. Waiting, waiting, waiting…. No replies until 1 week later and told me they don’t have time for me to look at their frames! This is just so lame! The people work at the store are too lazy and push customers away. I hope the owner is aware of it! I’d be very concerned if I got my glasses from there and had some problem. I guess they would probably tell me they did not have time to talk to me. I’d be stuck if that happened! My advise is to stay as far as possible from this business. There are plenty of good optometries out there. No need to bother with the ones with terrible customer service.

I was treated very nicely by all staff and Dr. Nguyen was very friendly. No overly eager salesperson, just great service and fast response to my appointment request.

The lens didn’t fit in the frame properly but still forced to take them as there is no option. You can see the how they tried to fit the lens in the frame. They look ugly. The manager is very rude. For any question I ask he keep on debating … More

My eye exam was thorough and professional, but the wait was longer than expected. The staff was friendly enough, but I would appreciate a heads-up about potential delays in the future. The contact lenses prices are double of what you can get in Costco. But they have a big selection of reasonable prices and good looking frames.

I did not have a pleasant experience here and won’t be returning. While my actual eye exam was OKAY, my contact lens fitting was not pleasant. I was not given the correct prescription for lenses, as they were blurry when I went home. I did end up ordering a pair of glasses and when I went to pick it up, the woman did not want to adjust the frames to fit my face. When I asked her to, she told me I could do it. I don’t think my request was unreasonable as I did not want to damage my frames by doing it myself.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here when I came in last summer. The sales people here seems to be uninterested in selling their glasses frames (ignore you when you walk in) and they act pretty unprofessional towards the customers, kind of like college student or high schoolers. My interaction with the optometrist was fine. The only good thing about this place is they open on weekends and have a somewhat large selection of high end glasses frames. I recommend going to a more professional place with better customer service like River Oaks optometry and book an appointment there instead of walking in here.

Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Marlene gave top notch customer service and attention to detail when assisting me with the final step ordering the lenses that would best fit my needs. Will definitely be back and recommend. Great job ladies!!!!!!!

I absolutely love going to this LensCrafter. First appointment I was late for and it was easy to reschedule. Even though Dr. Ahuja was on a tight schedule she squeezed my brother in for a contact lenses exam. Secondly, the staff here is truly magnificent my experiences here have been nothing more than impeccable. Almost every single employee that was on the clock came in to check to see if I was assisted yet through the couple hours that I was there. I needed to do a lot of things and all of my needs were attended to. Huge thank you to Robert, Karen, and Dr. Ahuja and every other single staff member who ensured that my family was attended too with a bright and caring smile!

Dr. Ritu and her assistant were thorough completing the eye exam. They explained my options for contact lenses. Additional educational material was made available for me to make an adequate selection. They were friendly, professional and accommodating of my schedule.

A+++ all the way around - from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to my exiting the office - truly a wonderful group! They happen to have an appt the day I called, just perfect! Kind, considerate, very patient and excellent "chair-side" manner from the doctor! I really appreciated all who listened to my concerns and went above and beyond for my needs. Thank you so much!

I had my best optometry experience here. Dr. Truong and the staff were very pleasant and professional. They really wanted to make sure I will be comfortable with my new vision prescription. I'll return for sure. It's better to make an appointment because you may have to wait a while if you walk-in.
