This was my first visit to Dr. Kuans practice. I really wanted to find a consistent provider for eye care rather than going to a big chain where you end up seeing a different Dr on each visit. First, her office is convenient to where we live, and then on walking in, I received a very different welcome than I’ve ever gotten going to the eye doctor previously. Each member of the staff knew my name, introduced themselves, and made me feel like I had been coming to see them for years. Dr. Kuan took the time to explain every test and the results and even questions I had about my stepson’s eyes, though he wasn’t with me. Picking new frames was easy, quick, and hassle-free. I’m glad to have found SJ Vision and happy to have found an eye doctor I can build a consistent relationship with.

Dr. Pendergast and his staff are always very cordial and professional. I have had excellent experiences with them.

Their products have been a life changer, allowing me to go back to my normal life after dealing with dry eye. Customer service is great and the glasses are high quality. Highly recommend!

I came in close to close without an appointment needing an adjustment made to a pair of Warby Parker I had recently purchased online. I've never been to an Eyeglass World, but John was incredibly friendly and quickly made the adjustments I needed.

Very pleased. During the testing everything was explained to me. She took her time answering all my questions. Then it came time to pick out glasses and sunglasses. Melanie was very patient and helpful. Again, I didn't feel rushed.

Deena and Mindi are the best! They both go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of regardless of the number of other customers waiting. They are under so much pressure due to the volume of customers yet they both spend the time needed to take care of you as if no one else is there. Very personal and professional.

As pleasant a visit as a visit to an eye doctor can be…(I'm slightly biased against due to childhood eye problems). I am pleased overall, the visit was as quick as it could be for a new patient, and everything went smoothly.

She is a great doctor that cares about each patient. Takes her time and helps correct any problems you have .

The worst, most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. Do not go here unless you want to wait at least an hour until your appointment time. If you have a morning appointment, you will see the doctors that you are seeing come in 20 minutes after you’ve been sitting waiting, and you still won’t be seen for 45 minutes. The doctors themselves are pretty decent, but this is an unprofessional, logistical nightmare that has no respect for patients’ time.

Just had my sons' and I appointment. Dr. Shi Hoang & staff were so helpful and accommodating. They provided so much information for my children's selection of sports glasses, contacts and such. I definitely will be recommending my friends & family to Dr. Shi Hoang.
