The front desk staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr Allen and Joy Jenkins is always friendly and professional. They go through and explain everything they are doing. They take their time and speak with you and answer any questions you have.

Been a patient here for about a decade, and I recommend this practice enthusiastically. I am always treated with respect and courtesy in this practice; I feel seen, and listened to. Their tech is state of the art, offering more accurate diagnosis, and best comfort available to patients. At my most recent annual appointment, they'd even replaced that awful air POOF that everyone hates in their eye exam, with a new more accurate, not in any uncomfortable new gadget! On the optician side, Daniel takes measurements so accurate that, a) I experience no disorientation whatsoever when switching between multiple pairs that he's crafted; b) When I get my updated prescriptions, these high quality frames which I can use for 5 years or more with decent care, he can just craft the new lenses from his existing records, and I come in for a brief appointment to pop in the new lenses -- no giving up my glasses for weeks while he works on them! Ask about the Chemistrie brand magnets you can have placed unobtrusively on the outside corners of your lenses to hold either sunglasses, or 3D glasses for the movies! MUCH less expensive alternative to prescription sunglasses, and so much easier to carry around than a full second pair as well. He's like Batman with his tech! I even have a great titanium pair of frames that can bend around, great for athletic activities, or hobbies where you might get hit in the face with padded objects.

Dr Hoang did a great job with my daughter, answered all my questions. Michelle also helped us with additional testing per Dr Hoang and helped my daughter get fitted for glasses, She’s wonderful with kids. Office was clean and front office staff were friendly

I recently made an appointment with Dr. Eric Lee, Optometrist in Richardson. The Receptionist/Medical Assistant had great customer service and conducted herself in a professional manner. She made efficient use of her time. Dr. Lee was very thorough, explained the findings of the tests and examination. He further made recommendations as to what I needed to do next and allowed time for my quests. It was a great experience!

Dear Drs. Burman & Zuckerbrod, Your office is amazingly professional. You guys have treated my father so well and we very much appreciate you. You made this experience for him so comfortable and kept him at ease. He is so grateful to have full vision without the struggle of wearing glasses! He could not be happier. The service is not good because they give an appointment and make you wait 2 hours after the appointment time.

Doctor Michael Doerr is far the best doc I have seen. Every year, I was trying a new doc in hopes of finding a good doctor. Next year, I will be back!

I went to the ophthalmologist at Sams club because i had been before in the past .I was given the exam results. I had to join Sams club and pay $100 to get a discount glasses so i opted to go to lenscrafters. Lenscrafters made them with the Sams prescription but the prescription was all wrong . So i went back to Sams and got retested and took the revised eye exam prescription back to lenscrafters who thought it was still wrong but made the lenses again .When they were made a second time they were still wrong??? Really how im self employed i manage to do my job properly and dont have time for all this nonsense.I paid another ophthalmologist at lenscrafters another fee to get it right and he said he can see its all wrong . I will never see my way back to Sams club for an eye exam or glasses.

Very pleased with my eye exam and glasses. The staff from the front office and back very kind and welcoming.
