Waited months for eye appointment, they told me they don't take Athem Blue Cross if brought from covered california. Well excuse me for being poor. thank for telling me that now. Isn't that something you're suppose tell me when the appointment is made. Delicate eye appointments are hard to come by, and I definitely don't wanna pay for my high insurance cost for my for over a year. Next time care and do your job to make sure you take someone insurance

Easy parking on Turk. I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Helena Cheng and she was a joy. Amazing "bedside" manner, explaining the whole process to me. I felt welcomed and educated.

Do not go here! I went for an exam about 6 months ago. Exam went fine, the doctor gave me a prescription for my glasses and two different contacts, one colored and one regular one. I tested the colored ones there and it fit great. When I received my order I just assumed it should fit so did not try on immediately. A month passes and I decided to use them and they do not fit properly. When I called to get it adjusted the dude on the phone told me I had to pay for another full exam!! What in the world?? He told me because it was past 30 days. Having that poor experience I no longer wanted to order anything through them. So I called to get my prescription emailed so I could order elsewhere and they sent me a screen shot of their computer program that stored patient records!! I told the guy this can not be accepted to order contacts and then he sent me an exam report?!?!? Utter incompetence, the worse medical service I've ever received. Plenty of places better to go including Costco.

We have had two really great experiences at Site for Sore Eyes. First, we brought my 12 year old son in for an eye exam and got a new prescription for his glasses. It was very easy to book, we were seen on time, and the eye doctor was very professional and accurate. We came in a few weeks later without an appointment to see if they could repair a pair of eyeglasses (my son somehow managed to break the arm off), and to have a pair of lenses swapped into a different frame. They fixed us up very quickly and were a pleasure to work with. They have a great selection of eyeglasses, the staff are all professional but not pushy, and they allow you to browse the frames without doing the hard sell. I absolutely recommend this place!

Another incredible and exceptional visit here and service. I bought my glasses here a few years ago, and ANYTIME I need a cleaning, service, repair or question, they bend over backwards to help me. Jim K is my go to guy, and is incredible! So knowledgeable, friendly, quick and accurate.

Had a great visit and the doctor made me feel very comfortable while also be super informative about me getting contacts for the first time! I didn’t feel rushed or judged when learning to put them on and take them off for the first time. :) will be back for my eye exams every year.

Very thorough exam in an efficient manner! Dr Marbun listens well and I walked out feeling confident about the prescription he gave me. The office was clean, modern and easy to get to within a Target store (which is convenient if you need to do shopping after). The front ladies were helpful in finding new glasses at the best price. They checked all the offers to make sure I got the lowest price. Will definitely go back!

Much anxiety prior to cataract surgery. Today is post surgery day and I am ecstatic! Can't wait for the second eye surgery! Staff in office and outpatient facility were phenomenal! Thank you all.

I am extremely happy with my total experience concerning the Cataract surgery on my right eye. It is amazing how clear my vision is following the surgery. Dr. Bishoy Said visited me before the surgery to let me know what to expect during the surgery. I am thankful for his talents and experience as a Cataract Surgeon who greatly improved vision in my right eye. I am looking forward to having Cataract surgery by Dr. Said on my left eye. P.S. the whole team was exceptional.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience. I know I am in good hands for my upcoming surgery.
