Very lovely combination of professionalism and caring. Front desk staffs are very nice and caring. Doctor Lai is an outstanding doctor, well knowledge and caring for the patients. Fixed my sty with no pain and done in a flash. I strongly recommend Doctor Lai for anyone who has an eye problem. Thank you Doctor Lai and beautiful staffs.

I have been seeing Dr. Parrish for years. The service and wait times were awesome. Never behind and if so, not much. Now, this corporate entity called MyEyeDr is just that. A corporate entity. I could never get an appointment with Dr. Parrish that was convenient. My appointment was at 3:00 and here I still sit at 4:20. Absolutely no reason for it and my time is valuable. The whole experience is like herding cattle to be slaughtered. Wait. Move to the next area. Get something done. Wait. Move to next area. Wait. I have never sat in a room waiting for Dr. Parrish like I am sitting in a waiting room right now waiting to see this doctor. I just heard an employee outside of my room say, we have another patient waiting. I watched another customer needing to go back to work. No one seems to be in a hurry to close customers out, see patients.

I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET MY CONTACTS THEN I couldn't get the one on the right out,I felt like I was going to die,Then the fixed the one on the right and took it out and then the one on the left was removed,she the doctor kept them after removal.

I would not recommend this place. When I had first called to make an appointment and when I checked in to choose glasses, the staff on the phone and check in staff was kind. When I was getting fitted for the glasses there was no explanation of anything or guidance of what I should be looking for in a pair of glasses. In hindsight, could I have asked questions, yes I could have. However when I had went in I didn't realize there were things I should be looking for, I simply thought I should look for glasses that feel comfortable. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get the glasses. I called around the 4 week mark to check in and they said I should wait the 2 remaining weeks so I did. After the 2 weeks passed, I heard nothing from them so I called. They said that the style I ordered was backordered and that sometimes insurance takes a while to kick in which I can understand. About another week passed and I called again, they said the same thing. At this point I'm starting to wonder if they're lying to me, if they knew this was going on in the first place at the 6 week mark, why did they never call as a courtesy to let me know what was going on? This makes it seem like they couldn't care less about the time people have to wait to get their glasses. My old glasses were on their last limb so I was really depending on this new ones. Now I'm stuck with glasses that took almost 2 weeks after the allotted time (that I wasn't communicated to because I had to keep calling to check in) and the lenses i received don't even fit the frames as they should. I can tell something is off when I wear them which doesn't make them optimal glasses to have and I have a feeling the lenses will fall off easily too. Overall, I'm super disappointed. The whole experience has left me with the thoughts that they don't care about your time, the fact some might be depending on their communication to be able to see, and that their quality inspection is non-existent. If I had known they would do this I would have never come here. I would not recommend at all. *This post is for my girlfriend's glasses and was meant to be posted in early April

This is the LAST eye doctor you should be seeing.. if you're in a rush and just need something to wear because u flunked the eye test at the DMV then this is the place for you.. if you need real eye corrective services.. then go elsewhere and get it done right,

This is the second year I have been to see Dr. Wu. He is an exceptional doctor and takes time with his patients. The staff is professional and works diligently to get patients appointments as soon as possible.

I picked out new frames after my appointment. Paid, after insurance, $168. Then waited for them to arrive with Rx. I go in to pick them up and they are smashed flat. The arms for the ear pieces are so far apart they don’t sit on my ears. The 2 assistants there tried to adjust but then said the doctor would have to do more so I had to wait another week to see him. He then tried to adjust the ear/arms. I had to point out, several times, that it was the face of the glasses that are smashed flat. He asked were they like that when I picked them out. I am not a confrontational person so I just said, no. They don’t fit like that. He finally bent them so they would fit on my face, somewhat. But the arm/ear pieces are loose. They keep becoming more loose every day. They fall off my face while I’m working. I work two jobs and don’t have time and can’t seem to catch when he is in…strange…? Now I feel it is too late to get my money back. I used that Rx and bought glasses online. $60 and they are much better! I regret trying Carrollton Vision or I should’ve complained until they did it right. Oh well

Ketchum Health was great! Almost no wait time for both of my appointments. The students that assisted me were very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They ran a series of tests to figure out the specific eye issues I was having. All of the tests were reported back to the supervising optometrist who made the final decision in regards to my treatment/prescription. She also was very personable and explained everything very well to me before she let me go. I was happier here than the private optometrist I went to before.

The dr Alla Lerman O.D really rude , and unprofessional . Never went their again.
