Dr. Cu..... The most professional, precision oriented provider I've ever seen in my 74 year old life,with many health challenges.

I’m writing on behalf of my mother because she didn’t want to have to go over her sad experience once again, but I will take the time to express how hurt and angry she was because nobody should ever be treated the way she was.treated. Least of all, from a doctor and a professional, who should always treat all his patients with respect and professionalism. She felt verbally abused when she asked, after waiting 2 hours for him, if it was going to take much longer for her check up. He immediately started screaming at her and pointing to the door saying that if she didn’t like it she should leave his office and go see another doctor, WHICH SHE WOULD HAVE, but because she was terrified and furious she stayed just to see what would happen next. He then proceeded to tell her he was sick of her complaints when she had not complained at all. She also heard him talk to his employees in a horrible way which doesn’t surprise us after the way he treated a 79 year old patient. Needless to say, she will never go back to that office again. He seemed to have lost all control of the situation and was talking nonsense about a lack of appreciation for his caring manner as a doctor and a human being! So much for his bedside manner!

Dr. Julazadeh has a wonderful bed side manner and her professionalism is outstanding. I appreciate that she takes her time to answer any of my questions and interprets the medical diagnosis so I can understand what I might be dealing with. Thank you:)

Sara was very knowledgeable and professional during my visit. Sara ensured me that my eyes were doing well and she had me do an additional exam to verify that my eyes were well.

Everyone is exceptionally excellent in this and the other eye care offices. Sara Julazadeh is a wonderful Optometrist.

As a new resident of San Diego, I am so happy to have found Dr. Warlen's office. The staff is very friendly, and I felt so cared for during my appointment. Dr. Warlen spent a considerable amount of time examining my eyes and talking through any observations in a way that I understood.

My experience here has been great. Dr. Giang is very informative, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommended. I’ve always had trouble adapting to glasses but the ones he prescribed to me are on point. He also recommended some contacts that were comfortable and didn’t feel so harsh on my eyes. Thank you to Dr. Giang for taking care of my eye needs. I’ve been to a few other optometrist who never really cared or took the time to really dial in my prescription. Dr. Giang ensured I left his office with the confidence of knowing I was in the best hands. With his knowledge and expertise, I can now comfortably wear contacts lenses whereas in the past my eyes would always dry out or felt a bit “off” with my previous prescription through another doctors office. I will be going here for all future eye care needs! Thanks again, Dr. Giang!
