I went for the first time. Usually go to Hampton but they had no appts. I had a very positive experience. Appt was virtual which was something new. Selection of frames was very good. Service was friendly and welcoming each time. I purchased a warranty I didn't realize until I damaged my glasses. Went back and received a new pair at no charge.

I was totally amazed by the professionalism of the Doctor and her team. They did removal of cataracts in both my eye. The first day was amazing I could not believe I could see perfect at of my right eye. Color of tree and flowers are beautiful. DR Matthew's is the Best!!

He's very good at making you feel comfortable, his appts are quick and easy! I have never found his front desk staff to be rude! People usually get the experience that they give.

Jose Chan is a patient, kind, and diligent doctor. He takes his time, giving me the utmost attention so that I never feel like he is rushing through the process. One thing I love is the wait, or lack thereof. I don't know how his office isn't bustling, but every time I go in for an appointment, I have to wait no longer than 10 minutes. I have been seeing Dr. Chan for years and don't plan on ever switching for my annual checkups. Mrs. Chan, the receptionist, is sweet and answers my questions about my health coverage carefully. They are a lovely couple and I highly recommend them!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyesight! Doctor Tom has been taking care of me since my eyes began hemorrhaging from diabetic retinopathy. Prior to me he cared for my grandmother and her macular degeneration. The man is an excellent intelligent doctor with a good bedside manner. The only downside is that he is in such high demand you must expect to have long waits in his office and I do mean multiple hours. But again... He has my highest recommendation!

This office as well as the Falls Church location was very professional and efficient in services provided. Dr Shah is amazing while being both proficient and compassionate. I highly recommend her medical skills.

We had a great experience with our therapist Mallory and Dr. Poma. They helped identify areas that my son needed to work on and were very thorough with his weekly therapy sessions and consistent progress monitoring. I learned a lot as a parent as well of ways to develop his skills more at home. They were also very easy to work with as far as scheduling goes and were always patient and kind with my son!

Great location. The staff are friendly, VERY knowledgeable with excellent customer service. I purchased a frame a year ago that needed repair today and the process was straight forward. My frames look as new as the day I bought them!

I went in just for an eye exam (glasses and contact lenses). Their location was very convenient to where I work. I feel that Dr. Matson did a good job with the eye exam, although he doesn’t have the best bedside manner…easy enough for me to overlook. After meeting with the doctor for about 30 minutes, he brought me to the front of the store. The front office staff were definitely friendly, until after I paid for the exam. I explained to the office manager that I did not want to purchase from Pearle right now, as last year’s glasses were still good, and I had several pair of contact lenses from last year, so wasn’t in a hurry to purchase more. When I asked for copies of prescriptions for both exams, I was told by the office manager that they don’t give copies of the contact lens prescription until the sample had been tried and worn for a week. This would ensure that the new prescription worked well for me. However, she still wanted me to order and pay for the new prescription at that time, without trying the sample lens. This didn’t make sense to me, so I asked again for copies of both prescriptions, telling her I didn’t need to buy anything now. She said she would give me the glasses prescription, but not the contact lens prescription. I offered to give back the one trial contact lens that the doctor gave me. After that, she rolled her eyes, walked to the back office, and returned with copies of both prescriptions. Not the customer service I expected after reading such great reviews. But that could be because I didn’t spend hundreds of dollars there. I’ve never had that problem with other optical offices. Needless to say, I won’t be back there.
