Everyone in this office is amazing! From checking in to checking out they made every single part of my visit so easy. The beside manners that they all have is incredible. Dr. Than and her team are truly wonderful.

It was a great experience. The doctor check up and asked questions which I liked. And the receptionist was great too.

I went in here a few days ago to check out their prices as I already had my prescription from somewhere else. Monique greeted me and gave me the information that I requested. She was very pleasant and I said that I would be back in a few days. She put in my information to get a head start so when I return today March 2nd 2023. All I had to do was choose my sunglass frame and a polarization color that I liked. I chose the Big Package and the total was $299. Excellent price and Marc Jacob frames. Looking forward to getting them in a couple of weeks. Customer service couldn't be better. If I could I get them 10 stars. Thank you on optical for hiring people that are knowledgeable.

This place is great! I came in a while back after damaging my glasses (one of the arms completely fell off), and Billy helped me out immediately. I was a bit nervous because my glasses were not originally from their store, but they were willing to help me figure it out. I will definitely go there in the future when I look for a new pair.

Very attentive to our problems and helped find solutions that would help improve the health of our eyes. Dr Blumenstock was great at helping diagnose and treat my wife’s eye problem. We will definitely return in the future for our eyeglasses exams!

Noor at Stanton in Santee was amazing! Came in to get my glasses fixed. She was able to fix them and even tighten them in less than 5 minutes! Fastest service! Thank you so much!

I am so happy I found this place. First off, after years of struggling with Costco progressive perceptions, I finally got high quality lenses and the improvement in vision is remarkable. Further, the costumer service is outstanding. Alyssa patiently and kindly helped me with the new perception, and adjusted the glasses perfectly. Additionally, she went out of her way with not fitting sunglasses I bought elsewhere. She worked her magic and got them fitted! Thank you! I will definitely get my next pair at Specs again.

Extremely irresponsive! Had to call several times to schedule an eye appointment as the calls were directed to voicemail and they never got back. In addition, after the appointment had to leave multiple voicemails to place an order, yet no one returned my call for more than a week. When I called back, not only they gave mutiple excuses but were also not helpful at all (tone was quite rude). Over the years I feel as if the customer service aspect has declined significantly. Not a returning customer as it's neither a reliable place to work with nor a pleasant overall experience!

I’m so glad we’ve found Dr. Wan as our family optometrist! We’ve been seeing him for several years now, and this review is long overdue. Dr. Wan is not only knowledgeable of his field, but he also truly cares about his patients. He has great bedside manners and will always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions you might have. The whole team is awesome and we especially appreciate Michael, who can often times fix your eyeglasses even when they are a bit of a mangled mess! We have to drive more than 30 minutes to get to Scripps Poway Eyecare, but the drive is completely worth it. Highly recommend this office!
