Enjoyed my first visit to the office! The whole staff was nice and pleasant, but I feel like the Doctor should dress like a doctor! Wasn’t professional looking! Cannot get serviced because they do not have the equipment needed! I wish I would have known before making an appointment and now have to wait for this equipment to further my treatment!

I had a really great experience at Yaldo Eye Center. Nichole and Julianna were both incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were friendly, patient, and made everything feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything without rushing me. It honestly made such a difference having people who genuinely care about their patients. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it shows in how they treat you. Overall, the service was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I would definitely recommend this place, especially because of how great Nichole and Julianna were!

As a new patient, I took the time to set up an appointment and fill out all the required forms. But just hours later, they canceled my appointment without any call or explanation. It felt really rude and unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience here. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. He understood exactly what I needed right away, gave me great recommendations, and made new lenses for my glasses in about an hour. My frames are quite complicated, so I honestly expected the process to take longer and cost much more, but everything was done quickly, carefully, and for only $60 with no extra fees or surprises. I was genuinely impressed and very pleasantly surprised. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a really trustworthy experience. I will definitely be coming back, especially when I need sunglasses. Highly recommend!

One stop shop for all your sunglasses and glasses! It’s a one man show and if he has the lens in stock he can make it in 10 minutes! Prices are also affordable! He also speaks Korean, Mandarin and English.

I’ve been coming here for years. And just a little upsetting I was told false things. I was told I was still in warranty with my frames so of course I brought them in if I wasn’t, I would’ve brought them in. I also was told my frames were on back order then two days later I was told they were discontinued. All they could offer me was a 30% off on a new frame that I had to buy. It’s just a little upsetting being told one thing, and then being told they did a courtesy because I was somebody’s niece.

The best! The doctors involved made me feel totally comfortable today for my follow up. The Surgery center staff, all were very friendly and professional. Had new eye procedure done yesterday at Brecksville surgery center with Cleveland Eye center Dr Wily. Both recommended by Broad view Eye, they were all amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Your eyes and sight are precious, use the best!
