I really enjoyed this office. I am a first time contact wearer and I came in at least 6 different times to try out new prescriptions and brands. They gladly fit me in and gave me something new to try each time. I finally found my brand and prescription that works!

Dr. Matthew is exceptional/one of a kind. I have been to dozens of eye doctors over the years but have never experienced this level of care before. He went into thorough detail analyzing and explaining my eye condition and i walked away feeling empowered with new contact lenses! I was not just another number or dollar sign but an actual person. His staff is professional and on point. Highly recommend!!

We were greeted immediately upon arrival, we had a few minutes to look over the vast choice of frames, Carmen was very helpful and knowledgeable, glasses arrived in less time than anticipated. Great Service, Great product, Great Price.

Every yearly visit is like a welcoming homecoming! Everybody is helpful and happy to see you. Efficient and expertly run. There is a great selection of glasses to choose from and Patrick is an expert at helping you select the perfect pair. Dr. Hsieh does a thorough examination and gives suggestion for keeping your eyes healthy thru out the aging process. Jodie is an icon! She is always ready with a smile and cheerful greeting. Last but not least the young lady that assists with the eye exam. Unfortunately I did not get her name. She is great at doing her part of the exam. Very patient and let's you know what each part of the exam shows. A great Optometrist office! Thank you for all that you do...you are greatly appreciated.

Dr. Liu and his staff are simply the best in the medical industry. "To whom much is given, much is required." The steps of good folks are ordered by Him who flung stars into space. Ruth, Rosie, Melanie, Rebecca, Olga, Sylvia, Ken, Loren, Tia, etc.: "Y'all are second to nobody." Thank you very much!

My recent cataract surgeries required a new prescription for lenses from my ophthalmologist. Cascade is one of the providers in contract with my insurance. I had used them once when they were under a previous ownership. When I walked in their lobby both ladies behind the counter welcomed me warmly and I explained I was "just shopping" and needed a "ball park" price for my new prescription. They were both extremely helpful and I decided "on the spot" to not go to another provider on my insurance approved list. I did not need to see the optometrist so both ladies handled my needs professionally and with great human interaction. I highly recommend Cascade.

Dr. Kerns kindly worked me into her schedule, and went over my cataract surgery options. She is an outstanding member of the Spokane Eye Clinic team!

I am so happy I went with IQ Laser Vision for my SMILE surgery! Since I don't have much flexibility for time off work, I was specifically looking for a clinic that could handle a "same-day" process, and they made it happen. The whole experience was incredibly smooth. Terry reached out a week beforehand for a virtual consult to walk me through the procedure and pricing. He was super transparent with the cost breakdown and made sure I was getting the best value. He even arranged for me to pick up my pre-op instructions and eye drops early so I’d be 100% ready for the big day. I ended up going to the Daly City location to fit their surgery schedule, so I just had to make sure I planned out my ride accordingly. On the day of, the consultation was very thorough. Honestly, the vision tests felt even more rigorous than my regular optometrist appointments (they had me reading very tiny letters and I had a hard time- but I guess that’s good they were being as precise as possible). I was cleared for surgery soon after and they were even able to move my procedure time up, which was a nice bonus. Dr. Barrion was awesome. You can tell she has a ton of experience, and she walked me through exactly what to expect right before we started. Eye surgery can definitely feel a bit scary, but her reassuring tone kept me feeling pretty calm and safe throughout. It was not painful at all. The whole thing was done in about 10 minutes! As for the recovery, I was required to close my eyes for at least 4 hours immediately after getting home. It was a bit uncomfortable but overall tolerable, and the eye drops really helped. The turnaround was so quick that I was actually back at work the next day. My vision fluctuated a little during the first week, but it was still way better than my original eyesight. At my 5-day post-op visit, I was already seeing 20/15 in one eye and the other is nearly 20/20! I haven't had any dry eye symptoms, and while there’s still some slight haziness around bright lights, the team assured me that should fully stabilize in a few months. It’s already been such a massive improvement in my daily life. My only wish is that I did it sooner. Totally worth it!

Dr Segool is the best eye doctor that I have used. He is thorough and utilizes technology appropriately. I like the fact that he takes pictures of the internals of your eyes so that it is easy to track changes. And he explains his findings. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff seemed happy to work there. Dr. Is detailed and explains everything for me. My family uses the same Dr. And we are all very happy. I do recommend to co-workers and friends.
