I have seen Dr. Melton for several years now and have always been greatly satisfied with her. She is always warm and friendly, explains each procedure in detail, she makes sure that you have an understanding of your condition and answers your questions in detail. I am very thankful that Dr. Melton has been my Dr. for years. She is a 5 star person and gives a wonderful 5 star professional service.

Hes so compassionate and kind aside from his expertise as optalmologist. The sweetest person i ever met. Godbless you more

First time at the establishment lasted 2 minutes and ended with me walking out. I had book an 9:30am appointment when I arrived at the establishment on time I was notified my appoint was cancelled. The reception actually laughed after giving my name and proceeded to speak very rudely to me about how I should have my appointment rescheduled to December. Me personally I cannot patronize an establishment that lacks in customer service especially when it concerns my health.

Been coming here for years for my eye care. Excellent service and quality assurance. They actually moved to a new location just half a block away to a newly developed building. I would recommend this place to anyone. You will be in good care with the staff.

I had to go in several times to get my prescription adjusted but after the 4th or 5th time, I just gave up and went back to store bought readers. I wasted more than $500 on glasses and exam. I highly do not recommend.

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Wilkinson, and am very pleased with the results. Also, I got new glasses needed with the changes after surgery, and am so happy with these glasses. Now my mid-range, close range and distance are all very clear, something I hadn't experienced in awhile. All the staff have been very kind, and they accommodated my need for getting the glasses quickly, since we're moving out of state soon. I am totally happy with the whole experience.

Dr. Jimenez has been fantastic. He performed not only a retina detachment surgery for me, he "caught" a small tear that could have become a detachment and fixed it with a laser treatment before it could get worse. Because of his thoroughness, he saved me not only another surgery, but a ton of money! Fantastic Dr. all around, and I've enjoyed being treated by him. Whoever gets him as he leaves Baton Rouge for greener pastures is getting a class act!

From the very beginning, my experience was 5 STARS. The office staff, the GM and the doctor were all top notch!! This office is very professional and the doc was very thorough. Love my glasses and my contacts! I will refer my family and friends to this office!

I have been going to cohen fashion optical on walnut street for the past few years. Kristen and Betty were always helpful. I referred my friends and family to also go there. First, my friend went there and ordered her glasses, when she went to receive them it was another pair of glasses which happens to be my order. Lets say This is a common mistake and happens, after few days she went back to pick up the correct order and guess what, the business moved to the new location on 1030 Arch street and didn’t even bother to inform the customers… i felt very embarrassed for recommending them. This week i booked appointment for my parents and gave all their insurance info over the phone to staff. Made sure its in network as well. (Its also mentioned in their website). Talked to Betty, Crystal and Ryan on different call days, for easy and smooth appointment for older people (my parents). After the eye exam, staff charge them 50$ copay although it supposed to be 10$. Also didnt communicate the fee before the exam but after. Upon calling they corrected the copay. I don’t know how the discrepancy can happen?Why all these errors? I think i need to find another place, feeling very disappointed.

On 10/19 I made an appointment for 11/7 because this was the only time availability. On 10/24 I received a text message to confirm my appointment so I would retain the 11/7 date. Which I needed to see the doctor sooner because of the issues … More

I'm not surprised Dr. Haleh has great reviews. I don't typically think to leave a review for a Dr. But Dr. HALEH is wonderful. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and she genuinely gives great advise. She is honestly the best optometrist I've ever met. Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Haleh!
