Dr. Groos and his staff are great. I would recommend this office to anyone wanting a Doctor that takes the time to listen and help out the patients. His staff is friendly and helpful.

I really really heat doing stuff like this it takes to longe I have better stuff to do . BUT!! they made it really Pleasant and enjoyable Very friendly staff. . But I really didn't like waiting the 10 minutes in the exam it felt Like an eternity. Just saying

I’ve been coming here 2 years now. Each experience has been awesome. The staff is very kind and helpful. They’re very patient and understanding. My last visit I was running behind by like 10 minutes or so. I called in and explained that I was a teacher and I got held up due to my occupational duties. In addition to being late I left my insurance card in my classroom! I thought I was doomed, but then they were able to search it. They were very understanding and worked with me in order for me to still have my appointment. The doctor is very kind and she explains everything. She explains the purpose of tests and what it means, so I can better understand my eye health. Overall just happy :)

My son’s surgery went well but the 4 hours of wait time to have the surgery was NOT. I had my surgery in 2003 at a different place and they were organized and considerate of their client’s time, this Dr definitely wasn’t. When I asked the staff why did they had such a long wait time her excuse was that the Dr schedule patients (27 for that night) for that week since he rotated locations every week. They could easily ask patients to come at different hours even if it’s late at night knowing that they have so many people everyday instead of having them wait for hours. We were there at 7:30pm and we left 4 hours later when the surgery itself takes about 15 minutes. I talked to other patients that were waiting and some had been there for many more hours.

Dr. Moody made me feel comfortable and explained everything with great detail. She treated me and my family with respect and made the whole eye exam enjoyable. Definitely would recommend!

My family just moved to Georgia. My son who suffers from an autoimmune disease needed help with his eyes that were inflamed as a symptom of the disease. His insurance hasn’t kicked in yet but I needed him to be seen immediately. I found this office online, made an appointment and the Dr is so on point I ended up paying for glasses and an exam for myself and my son. Dr McFerren is a wonderful dr. I’m overly impressed. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed and she was patient while doing the exam so that the proper prescription was written for my glasses. I’m super excited to get my glasses. I can’t wait. Thank you Dr for being so nice. I’ll be bringing the whole family

Dr. Cooney is truly exceptional, both in terms of his medical expertise and as a human. He consistently and methodically provides treatment towards a clinical goal and then carves out time to educate and listen to the patient—-a rare skill-set these days. His thoughtfulness, playfulness, empathy, and innate mission to connect, when placed on top of his expertise, makes him the unicorn that the healthcare system desperately needs more of.
