Unprofessional only good if you’re an intern look to gain some experience while in college but most of the professional I’ve interacted with today were not empathetic to patients especially children department. They were robotic and dismissive. I did not like my expense with Alla (Ala) and attending physician assistant. As we arrived with my children an hour early to wait 1 hour longer after her eye being dilated. I’ve been to specialist this is extremely longer than expected. The management must be overwhelmed with the from scheduling to staffing because everyone is doing what they want to. The time management and organization of this office is a poor excuse of a standard of hospital specialists doctors office of specialized care. Better off going anywhere else!

Alex was immature and unprofessional. When I handed her my paperwork, she did not pay attention to my name, confused my insurance with another patient, then told me Target Optical doesn’t take my insurance although I had located you on my insurance website provider search. She said the wrong information was entered when the appointment was made, which wasn’t true - she was in the wrong patient. I canceled my appointment. I was still sitting there looking again for an in network provider, and they called me back, telling me they do take my insurance. Then Alex yells ‘I told her’, which she did not. Then there was a considerable delay as she had deleted my information. Everyone makes mistakes but she had three opportunities to correct it and each time chose the incorrect action. The doctor was great. Christina was super excellent and completely saved me from blowing up Target Optical on social media. I was never going back, however Christina was polite, professional and helpful. Alex needs a great deal of training and I truly hope she gets it

A well-run professional medical service. Follow-up confirmations of appointments, and other pertinent information is excellent. Dr Hasan’s co-workers are friendly. Everything runs like a well oiled machine. Dr Hasan has a fabulous background and experience and did take his time to explain the cataract surgeries before and afterwards. A good feeling of care was added when reminded to visit for follow-ups. I am very glad to give him the best recommendation possible.

For the past three years Dr. Gregory has cared for and managed all of my eye care needs. From glasses up to finding I have a rare eye disease my question were always answered and empathy was always shown. I can remember the first time I put on my sclera lenses and tears warmed my face as I saw clear vision after many years of slow decline. I once was blurred but now I see. Not only is the staff clear, helpful and consistent I can always count on Lauren and Ryan to give me insight or a good laugh. I recommend Dr. Gregory to any single or family looking for eye care in the Kansas City area.

Have cataract new lenses from another doctor. Unfortunately having issues with them. No help from original surgeon. Dr. Hart was highly recommended from other eye doctor. Very helpful and honest doctor. Was very understanding and saw my frustration. He was totally honest. Wasn't happy with My situation and the complications. But gave me good things to think about before surgery. Thank you. Highly recommend

Our family has all our eye exams performed here, and you cannot beat the warranty on lenses they offer when you buy glasses from them. They're always professional, friendly, and helpful.

This is my first time visit and I will definitely come back next time I need a new prescription. Everyone there is courteous and professional! I came back a couple of times to get my frames, I purchased elsewhere, adjusted after picked up my new glasses (my prescription is perfect since the doctor is very good). They fixed my frame perfectly without a charge and told me to come back anytime that makes me very comfortable. Thank you!!!

Dr. Pish is wonderful. I've been going to her for years. She actually listens, especially if you have a problem. (Do not confuse reviews for the Walmart Vision Center (the place you buy the glasses) with her. She is wonderful. They are so-so at best.

Best experience on a short notice. Michelle was awesome making sure our last minute appointment was properly confirmed with all hiccups that those last minute requests come with. Kudos again to Michelle and the front office all the way to Dr. Besharat.
