This was my first time at Eyemart and I was very happy with Jennifer Boyd’s customer service in Tuscaloosa, AL. She was friendly and efficient! I also was impressed with getting my glasses in the same day and having the option for a free pair. But I was NOT satisfied with having to wait almost half hour to pick up my glasses because all of the sells reps were busy. I asked if they had a receptionist and they said no, but have asked for one and several other customers have complained as well. The store needs a receptionist to answer the phones and help with other duties besides sales. This will hugely impact your customer service and allows for more sales. It’s great my glasses can be ready in 40 min, but if I have to wait another 40+ min to simply pick them up it most certainly negatively impacts the customer service experience!!

Dr. Pluznik did my laser surgery and Dr. Banda did the followup. I couldn't have asked for better care. Great doctors and staff. Easy to get to if you rely on public transportation.

Dr. Henderson has been my optometrist for the past 25 years -- for good reasons. Besides state-of-art instruments, he also adjusts for your "subjective" preferences (the way your brain interprets incoming visual signals). Once he spend more than an hour simply listening to me and then replaced my ($300+) lenses at additional cost! You can not get this level of competence & care from "big box" optometrist. There is never a pressure to sell me anything. Also, a special shout out to the Optician, Ms. Liz Ele. A truly smart and competent optician.

This is an awesome location. They have taken care of me tremendously since I’ve been coming to this spot. Efficient making sure they help me understand my options. I have been coming here for a while and I highly recommend this place to anyone who need help with glasses and their prescriptions for their glasses. They do such a good job with me and my family. Becca and Kassady are the ones that I have most of my encounters with great job!

If you want lasik surgery, he's your man. If you want your actual concerns addressed and resolved, along with your prescription.... you might want to consider another doctor. The office staff sails this ship and the lasik surgery must be where all the finesse is because it certainly wasn't in the the actual "exam" done or by the Doctor.

My visit with Dr. Manjoney was okay. I found her to be quite aloof and standoffish with me however very pleasant and full of conversation with her other patients. At the end of my visit she called out to her staff (very loudly) for someone to check me out and when the transaction was completed and I paid my co-pay, she simply walked away without so much as a good bye, nice to meet you, see you at the next appt. Will not be going back

The staff is always so fun and happy. They care and make you feel good being there. They help you pick out glasses and give you honest feedback. They feel like family

My teen daughter had an eye exam & got the 2 pair of glasses for 79.99 + free exam. We worked with asst. manager Becky. She was fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. The eye Dr. was wonderful as well - I cannot remember his name? The atmosphere was friendly. I recommend this business & location & will be back!

I would not recommend going here. The staff was very unprofessional, I had an ICL appointment yesterday for pre-op consult with a surgeon scheduled on 09/25. I was called in the morning to confirm my appointment and only to find out the surgeon wasn't there when I arrived. 我不会推荐。工作人员不专业

When Dr. Harvey Ohriner was running things, I would never have had the issues that I've had now. The doctor was condescending, I brought my two teenagers with me and when I asked him what their new prescription was, he told me "it's 6 numbers and you wouldn't understand", really? I've been wearing glasses and contacts for 40 years. I know exactly what each number means, how dare you sir. I got a weird vibe from the staff and thought it was just me until my 15 yr old daughter said the exact same thing. Then to top it off, I ordered contacts and the doctor said, "do you want the trial pair? Might as well since they're free." So I said sure, a free pair is great.....When I called to see if my contacts were in a week and a half later, I was told no, only the trial pair showed up. Then I got a call an hour later that all of the boxes were there. So I sent my wife to pick them up since I work nights and sleep during the day. When she got there they only gave her the trial pair. I called to see why and the staff told me that they have us take home the trial pair for a week to make sure that we like the contacts before they give them to me. Well I paid for them, it's the same contacts I've had for years. Why would they not give me all of the boxes? The doctor told me just to go ahead and get them since they were free. So they said we could come back and get them, I would have rather have had them the first time since it is very difficult for us to get there during their business hours and my wife is now at the store with a cart full of groceries. I after 15+ years my family of five is done with this business.
