Just had my second laser cataract and vision correction procedure with NVision and cannot say enough good things. Both procedures were excellent experiences from evaluation to follow-up exam. The staff are kind, caring, and professional. They answered all my questions and explained the entire process thoroughly and clearly. Dr. Hines is an excellent surgeon and I am completely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!

Initial appointment to consider cataract surgery. Numerous and more numerous tests run to determine eye condition. extremely thorough. Nothing left to chance. Saw testing tech, consultation with doctor, visit with surgical coordinator. 2 hours worth of effort on their part. Extremely happy with the information provided and a path forward. This was so thorough you know exactly where you stand and that sure makes the decision easier. Quite expensive, but to get back to realistic vision before it's too late it's worth trusting these folks. Very professional staff, and the doctor ( Dr. Hines) has my trust.

Love Love Love this place. Dr. Lauren was super relatable. She was kind and did a thorough examination. The visit wasn’t awkward and felt at ease. The office staff is welcoming and provided me with options for my particular needs. I love the selection of eyewear. They have everything from traditional classic frames to the really cute and trendy. Finally, I can get cute glasses without having to drive to the Bay Area. The office itself is clean and colorful with walls that make you feel happy and bright! I guess they moved to that space about a year ago and I’m so glad they are in my neighborhood. On your first visit make sure to spin the wheel for your free gift!!

The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming with a ready smile. Dr. Van Winkle is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients! The staff get me in and out quickly and have all the latest technology. They are always very helpful and have even helped me save money with timely advice about my glasses and contacts with information regarding money back rewards! Their new office is beautifully designed, stylish and clean. I have recommended them to all my friends and family!

Doctor VanWinkle is AWESOME! She is our family eye Doc. The front desk staff is great as well. Always friendly and VERY helpful!!!

My first optical experience was made with the help of Dr. Huang and the store manager Shane. Dr. Huang was thorough with my first eye exam and clearly explained my options. Shane was amazing helping me pick out frames and walking me through the entire process from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my new eyewear. I was quoted 3 weeks to receive my new glasses and on the exact date my glasses were ready. There was some confusion because I received a survey from Target Optical the day before my glasses actually arrived in store. Shane helped resolve that confusion and I later received a text and a phone call letting me know they had arrived. I feel like the corporate office should not send surveys until they know glasses are received to avoid putting store employees in this type of situation in the future. Shane handled the situation with care and compassion. She listened to my concerns about the warranty protection program and explained the benefits and provided options to ensure I was confident and happy with my purchase. Shane is an asset to this store and I hope her hard work is recognized!

I had a great experience at Target Optical. I am not a customer and was in (great) eye pain, yet they welcomed me and helped me with my glasses adjustment. I have a Progressive prescription that needed adjustment, and they did it quickly and professionally. Margot and Maria were very friendly and helpful. Margot knew exactly what she was doing and made sure that my glasses fit perfectly. Now I can see clearly and comfortably, and I don't feel sick from the wrong fit. Progressive lenses are tricky, but they know how to handle them. I was very impressed by their service and expertise. I will definitely consider Target for my future optical needs.
