The doctors and staff her are always nice. They take take the time to explain things, an do not rush you through the exam. I haven’t felt forced to purchase glasses or contacts from them, but they are very helpful when I have. I definitely will come back here fir my next exam.

I'm diabetic with major concerns about eye health. Dr. JORDAN was amazing and put my mind at ease after discussing my retinal scan. Best eye Dr I've ever had. He's friendly, outgoing, thorough with helpful information on eye health. Highly recommend 👌 STAFF is very friendly, helpful, Sarah is amazing with lens/frame recommendations.

This is a busy office but absolutely wonderful. Debra at the front desk is a Rock star!! Always very professional even when she's juggling a million things. In the years, I've been going she has consistently been GREAT! I saw Dr. Tracy Chan for the first time and she is wonderful too. But all my interactions with everyone has been great. Thank you!

My husband had an routine eye appointment at Royo Eye and Laser Center in the Roseville, California office. Because he needed his eyes dilated, I accompany him to his appointment. While I was waiting for him to complete his eye exam, I noticed how very pleasant the receptionist, Debra, was to everyone she spoke with from those in the office to her conversations on the telephone. I found it quite delightful to hear her interact with everyone. My husband and I have been patients with this eye care office for many years and are quite pleased with the medical attention we have always received. I had cataract surgery in both eyes and I am quite happy with experience. I highly recommend Royo Eye & Laser Center in Roseville for your eye care needs.

Debra, the office manager for several years, is always welcoming and amazingly efficient. Regardless of how many patients are at the counter or when the phone constantly rings, Debra is always composed and pleasant. She is the quintessential multi-tasker. She adds depth to this splendid practice and everyone appreciates her.

First time visit. Rushed as a tech did most of the tests and dr only came in for a few minutes and when i started asking him questions he said im fine and he had to go as he had a busy schedule with many patients that day. Place ran like a factory. Avoid this place!

The organization as a whole seemed capable and my surgery a few years ago with Dr Grand was seemingly a success. However, Dr Tucker’s cataract surgery was a disaster. I was without vision for over a year and only regained vision after several surgeries under the care of Stanford University. And he blames it on me for waking up during surgery, which should not have happened, and involuntarily moving my head which was not properly secured.

Two visits and still no glasses I can ware. When I tried to schedule a third visit, they put me out nine months for the next appointment. I'm out $400 and having to find another Doctor. Avoid this outfit, especially the optical service.
