Do not recommend them. Back in March 2023, I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, and after numerous trips out of my way and after work and weekends, they still couldn't get it right. I returned both pairs for a full refund of my portion. This whole ordeal lasted over a month. My insurance paid them as well. Now, here it is, October, and I get another statement from my insurance for the claim. Turns out, they never returned the insurance money and they are billing the insurance AGAIN. This is double billing and illegal. Steer clear of this place!!

I was in the waiting room and heard a man yelling and a loud sound like someone kicking a door or something. I thought it might be a patient. I saw one of the nurses trying to hide that she had been crying when I was taken to see the doctor. It was Dr. Hines who was yelling. I could barely hold in my contempt and I didn’t want to get angry with him and then have him take anything out on someone. He seems to be good at his job, to give him credit. However I will never, ever visit again.

Dr. Hines was amazing on the day of my procedure. He came in and asked me if I had any questions, and answered them earnestly. During the procedure, he calmly spoke to me and asked me questions to distract me from any pain or pressure (next to none) and I was able to be in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this doctor, if you are considering Lasik!

Not only is he highly competent, but he is also friendly and down-to-earth. Check out his shoes! I call him Dr. Shoes!

I loved every part of the experience at Roseville Optometry. Their warm smiles when I was greeted, their friendly disposition, their service orientation and their field expertise. They made an otherwise boring visit, a joy. Highly recommend.

Staff friendly, professional. Easy to understand explanation of the eye tests that are being done before seeing the doctor. Doctor was well informed of my past visits and medical history before I came into the office. Very thorough exam.

I have been coming to Dr Louie for years my whole family comes to see him and never have had a problem. I LOVE the DR, Ms Debbie and Valentina his staff is always very friendly they treat us like family. I have been coming here since 2009 and Dr. Louie always takes great care of me since I was a little girl learning how to use contacts. His staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I love coming here and seeing my girl Valentina. She’s the sweetest. I will continue to support and recommend Dr. Louie business!

Dr. Louie and his team are the best! I have been going here for years and it’s always a breeze. I love how this office is professional and thorough. I also appreciate the variety of frames to choose from, and the staff helps me pick which style suits me best.

My overall visit was outstanding. The staff was very nice which made the visit even better. The Dr was such a sweet and caring Dr And I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would recommend this office to anyone needing vision care. I’ll be going back to see Dr. Patel in 6 months for my required checkup. It’s worth the 1 hour drive.
