My mother and I have had a great experience with Burlington Vision Associates. They are very professional and they have been extremely helpful to our needs!

I've been going to this clinic ever since I was 6 years old and the service here is very friendly and professional. My family and I appreciate all that they do to help us, especially my parents since English is not their first language. The doctor and his wife (the receptionist) both are fluent in Vietnamese and English. Whether it is big or small, both the doctor and his wife has made an impact in our family's lives and all of their patient's lives. Not only did they help correct our visions, they also do a fantastic job of building relationships with their patients. Thank you for all that you do and for serving this community!

Whats the point in making an appointment when you can't follow the appointment times? The westside clinic is very nice but the Trawood office was overbooked and could not keep my appointment time. They said this was how it would be even if I made another appointment. If you go here, prepare for a long wait and don't plan your day around your appointment time. They don't listen to the patient and don't tell you about the multiple appointments. Just to get a pair of contacts you have worn before. They only want these appointment to gouge the insurance. Money Hungry and Poorly run. I have never had this problem before and will find someone else in the future. Re: not completing the process. I will be finishing the process to get my Rx filled this year as my insurance will have paid.

Dr.Tittler is great. Spent a great deal of time with me. The front office had no record of my appointment, the second time this has happened. Dr. Tittler squeezed me in. They asked for the person who scheduled my appointment and, of course, I had no idea. From now on I will indicate the name of the scheduler on my calendar.

My husband and I found Dr Kawji online and were impressed with his reviews and even changed insurance groups to be accepted to be seen at his office. From the first visit we felt we were where we needed to be to get the highest quality care and treatment available. He answered all our questions in an understandable, clear way, told us what would take place, step by step and what to expect and it took place just as he said it would. We just want to let you know how refreshing it is to get a decent and trustworthy doctor and staff especially in the middle of a pandemic, thank you for all your hard work and good ethics.

The front office staff were so incredibly wonderful about helping me get contacts. My insurance makes it almost impossible to use my $100 credit towards vision care, but the staff were so patient and went above and beyond at insuring I was able to use my credit. Very few eye doctors have seen me because of how difficult my insurance is, but the staff here were amazing. The contacts also came in super fast. Definitely will be using them again to order contacts!

Dr. Huynh was awesome! It was my first time there, and she was personable and welcoming. She found out I actually had vision coverage on my insurance when I didn't even know it. 😊 She made the visit fun, and I left smiling. I look forward to my next visit. …

They make sure the patient is taken care of in all areas of the eye exam, glasses, contacts. They make sure your satisfied before leaving. If there's ever a problem, their just a phone call away! Love pearle vision!
