We’ve been going here for at least 25 years. Cannot recommend Bo An Optometry enough. The people who work there are AMAZING. The service is above par.

0 stars the lady doctor Chinese or idk has no patience at all if a kid is scared or sensitive you treat that kid with patience and understanding and be kind .. she was rude, unprofessional trying to act professional at the end, she was basically laughing at my kid and her staff also which is very disrespectful and very disappointing excuse for human beings I caught the receptionist laughing.. don't come here with kids this is not the place for kids at all ignorant negative arrogant doctor you should be ashamed of yourself I will never come back.. just know everything you do with that ugly heart will come back to you.. you need to come off that high horse pitiful human being.

5star to the doctors. I had two retinal hole surgeries. 0 star to the management. The front office number doesn’t work and always goes to full voice mail box. It’s annoying that we have to visit in order to get an appointment.

Apex has the best customer service and optometry team. I love seeing Dr Lopez! She is thorough in her examination and is just a wonderful person to chat with. I worked with April at the front desk, and she was so kind and welcoming.

06/25/2020 😠Was given a run around by the OPTOMETRIST and this for several months! Resulting wrong lenses, they couldn't locate the eyeglasses, and this resulted to someone else's who got the prescription. Always excuses! Contacted the Health Insurance to get refunded for additional $100.00 charges. Won't recommend this place in San Bernardino, Ca. Beside my OWN frame bought sometime ago in Long Beach, Ca. Still can't read with lenses😠Searching another OPTOMETRIST away from San Bernardino, Ca.

the worst eye dr i ever had.not worth to pay.i told her that my work is close work detail and i see fuzzy,ask her if anything she can do.she said follow prescription glasses.But the prescription she gave me is for far distance.oh well,i dont need that.she just ignore my request.

Very good technology. I was in and out in no time.

Tech was great! Very knowledgeable and very polite. Fixed the problem in a metter of minutes. Now just waiting for a quote on ac installation. I hope its cheaper then the one I just got. Well its been over a week and still haven't had anyone contact me to give me a quote on ac installation. Bummer

Horrible front desk management. Made an appointment that was confirmed at this location and was emailed that it was rescheduled to their St.cloud location with less than an hour notice, no phone call at all. Rescheduled the appointment to today and again was confirmed and I even checked in online with my insurance information but was told when I got here that because they didn’t have my insurance that they never confirmed it. They have no sense of urgency or care for people’s time. The worst part is the doctor could be amazing And help not only myself but others as well, seeing how I’m not the only one that’s had problem with the front staff I feel a lot of people are not getting the help that they need because of this problem.

I like taking my mother to this doctor he is so humorous and compassionate and he knows exactly how to treat my mothers eyes.
