I’ve been here a few times already and won’t be changing optometrists anytime soon! Both Dr. Mirone and Dr. Strach are such amazing eye doctors, they really know what they’re doing/talking about. The staff is great and make you feel at home, and they all give off such positive energy to the office. Very big selection of glasses available from a variety of higher end brands also!!! I got 4 pairs and I equally rotate with each of them :) love coming here, highly recommend!

I’ve been to many optometrists in my days as a eyeglass wearer and Dr. Bryan Mirone has been the best. He’s personable (approachable and funny), professional (thorough and skilled) and patient - He will answer all of your questions in easy to understand terms. Or if you have a curious mind like me, in as detailed way as possible. Thanks Doc! On my first visit there as a new patient he took a detailed photo of the back of my eyes 👀 that I’ve never experienced before. And I thought my previous doctors had good equipment! Apparently that particular equipment allows for better diagnosis! I love technology and I’m glad they are using it to improve their patient care. On the retail side, they have big names like Ray Ban, Oakley glasses available. I’m happy I picked a new Optometrist and I would recommend him to anyone!

From glasses to lenses at my age was a scary change but I needed to do something different with my active lifestyle after an eight-hour day in front of a computer. The entire process was organized and smooth. Dr. Keltner was terrific and patient after I informed her that my prescription was good for this but not that. She sent me on my way with another prescription to test. A doctor of very few words but do know, she is listening! Lol. Jesyka was extremely patient and caring. I was undecided and confused about 2 different prescriptions. She took the time to help me understand the difference and even offered to specialize my order which made my whole transition to contact lenses that much easier. She is the reason I will be referring my friends and family to and why I wrote this review. Mayra who handles the insurance, is extremely throughout with your benefits. She gave me a couple options to get the most out of my dollar and use my allowance to the fullest. The entire staff is just a great dynamic for the overall experience!

Their friendly optician was very helpful with their large selection of eyeglasses and both my daughter and I found our perfect style and individual customized fit. Highly recommend.

Thorough eye exam at a fair price their service is given by a highly trained staff . Probably not the cheapest place but I have never left their unhappy .

Total waste of time. I came in 15 minutes before my appointment and waited till an hour past my appointment time. When I asked when I would be seen they kept saying just to wait and I'll be either next or after that. Staff was unfriendly and was not helpful in answering any questions. I would not recommend this place. I ended up walking out of my appointment because there was no end in sight. I also heard staff say they will close soon for lunch and I do not want my exam rushed or picking out frames to be rushed. DO NOT GO HERE Office also looks like a grauge sale

Waste of time. Most staff were nice but I don’t think I’d recommend this place… Usually I don’t leave reviews but this time I felt like I needed to. I wanted to make the appointment in person since that was easier for me. I went into the office and told them I wanted to make an appointment. They told me to take a seat and someone would be with me in a bit. me. I waited almost two hours for something that took like 5 mins since they only took basic info such as my name, email, insurance, etc. I had to wait around a month for my eyes exam. The optometrist was really nice. Three weeks passed by and they still had not contacted me about my glasses. I emailed them and they assured me that the glasses would be done in a week and that they’d text me when they were done. Another two weeks with no text messages or emails. I emailed them and, again, the glasses were not ready. The glasses were not ready until the next day. It was around two months from the day I made my appointment until the day I got my glasses. It took them 6 weeks to make my glasses and they kept postponing the date further and further without any notice or anything which was annoying since I had to be the one constantly checking in. I had some questions regarding my glasses since my perception is a little bit weird when I use them (and it’s my first time using glasses) so I emailed them asking if it would be better to ask my questions in person or just send them through an email. It’s been over two weeks (again) and there’s no response. It’s really stressful. Having to be the one reaching out again and again while they ignore the emails or postpone the dates makes it feel like a group project where you’re the only one doing the work. The optometrist was nice but that’s about it. The rest of my experience was bad, stressful, and frustrating.

They were so very patient with my daughter (6yrs old) who refused to get the eye drops that burn. Besides that, fairly quick appointments, all questions answered and they are patient with you when choosing frames. Staff isn't overly friendly, but it is a calm environment rather than hostile. Sometimes they put movies on for the kid in waiting and there is a fish tank some kids will love to stare at. The only downside to this is the location, where parking is monitored. You must get your ticket stamped for services (in the lobby of the optometrist) or you will pay for parking. This is why it is important to pay attention to the operating hours because if you get your parking ticket and they are closed, it will not be stamped and you will pay for parking. There are other businesses in the center, so try to get a stamp elsewhere if you can. But this doesn't knock any stars off for this place! :)

I have been a patient of Riverside Eye Specialist for years, started with Dr. Glendrange, then was transferred to Dr. Ha's care. Excellent service. Two weeks ago I took my mother-in-law, the front desk staff looked and acted very unprofessional. The staff member at the cashier's desk acted like she did not want to be there. She was rude and very short in her words, without a hello or a thank you. This office has never worked in this manner before.

I would like to thank Michelle and Lydia for helping me select, fit and provide a great pair of Oakley prescription transition glasses. I used them on a recent bicycle trip to Europe and they were amazing. Its the first time I've used prescription glasses while riding and they helped create a game-changing experience for me. I would buy another pair of these glasses from their office. A very good rating to Riverside Eye Specialists. They are knowledgeable, professional and help the customer optimize their experience from first discussion to walking out with quality glasses. Thank you very much. This is where we come whenever we need anything pertaining to our eyes, I had a little bacteria infection in my eye and these folks took care of it in a very professional courteous and safe manner, my wife also where is prescription glasses and this is where she gets all of her prescription glasses needs taken care of… They are really good people here give them a try.
