don't come to this office, Dr Anh ways over charged. I came for regular eye exam check up and she charged over $800, I called my insurance and have them paid, but the issue still carry on about 2 years and now she reduce down to $300. With my insurance I supposed only pay for deductible and they will pay for the exam but because Dr Anh charged ways over the price therefore after the insurance paid she still kept sending to me and I tried so much to time to talk about one and only one single eye check up, still can't solve problem. Never ever coming back.

Have been going to Dr. Le for years. Appointments are always on time, and prices are great! It was actually going to cost me more for vision insurance, than just paying him out of pocket, and I even order my contacts through him. Especially when you figure that his prescriptions are good for 2 years. I normally arrive 10-15 minutes before my appointment time, and am walking back out the door shortly after my scheduled appointment. Highly recommended Dr. Le!

I’ve had horrible vision for as long as I can remember, but this is the first time in my life where I felt like I had a very thorough examination and left feeling renewed and confident. I’ve always been anxious to get my eyes checked because I’m embarrassed at how blind I am. Dr Zin Min was so kind and patient and listened to me about my troubles. Alex, at the front desk, was also incredibly kind and helped me pick my eyeglasses and gave me tips for the best fit, keeping in mind my prescription. He was knowledgeable and I felt at ease at this optometry! Highly recommend!

Really appreciated Dr. Roth’s thoroughness - I have freckles on one eye! Sun damage from many many years ago. Great visit overall. Highly recommend.

The doctor I worked with was VERY nice and professional but….holy cow this place’s billing department cannot get it together. I am not sure how in the matter of 8 days, my bill went up almost $150. Like yeah I know I should’ve paid the first bill right away but that’s a little challenging when you’re traveling. I really only ever go to Makar because they have last minute appointments available. DO NOT come to these guys unless you enjoy paying random bill amounts at different times. I’ve been to them 3 times and it’s the same case every time. Save yourself the headache.

Great customer service and helpful staff. Assisted me with glasses I had purchased from another company online that were sent to me with the wrong prescriptions. The staff helped me correct the issue with no additional fee. I highly recommend America's Best and will be using them in the future.
