Horrible place to go , the receptionist really thinks I’m gonna go back after her bad attitude. I pay for good service not to be talked down on .

I love this place! They were able to get me the Cryzal and anti blue light lenses I was prescribed and really needed. They helped me find the exact thick framed square glasses I was looking for which turned out to be “Spy” brand. I didn’t expect to get sunglasses but they helped me pick out some beautiful blue frames with bright blue mirror! I will be coming back here for my regular eye exams. Fantastic service and amazing staff! Thank you

I love this office!!!! The whole staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They always go above and beyond, my son has been coming here for a few years now and I can’t find one bad thing to say about them.

The staff was super nice! I went during the pandemic, and they did a really good job at keeping staff and patients safe. They cleaned everything in front of me and had precautions set up.

Just fantastic! My surgery procedure was awesome. My vision in my left eye is now 20/20 and I can see so much better. It took awhile but I was satisfied with my doctor. The day of my procedure I pray for my doctor hands to keep me safe. I'm truly grateful and bless to be able to see the world like I'm 18 again.

I had an appointment for weeks scheduled to the see the specialist. I received 4 text message confirmation and 2 email confirmation for my appointment. Last text message this am to check in and pay my copay. I traveled 72 miles one way for the office to tell me the doctor was not in office and I would need to call to reschedule. As they refunded my copay. I used up gas and time and this is so unacceptable! And still can’t get my eye checked out.

First time I've been to a doctor where they keep the scheduled appointment time and don't make me wait 1 hour. Friendly and fast

I have had a great experience! Employees were so nice and provided the best customer experience! Dr Lee is so nice and explained to me about what procedure I can or can’t have so I could understand and make my decision on procedure.

Having been told that I needed eye surgery, I foung Laser Eye Center here in Riverside, (but they have many locations), called them for a free consultation. We went to their office and I was amazed at ow fast, friendly, the staff was upon entering their office. We were early, and were taken in right away, with the wait for the Doctor being about 10 minutes from the time the nurse led me into the exam room and she did her pre-exam before the doctor did his detailed exam. Yes, I needed surgery, and they scheduled me to go to the main center in los angeles the following tuesday. I was treated the same way as the Riverside office treated me for that appointment, and surgery was scheduled for the following tuesday. Outstanding!!!! is all I can say about my treatment, surgery, and followups. In Riverside/Ontario locations, I have to give a great Thank You to all the Staff and to Dr Chu O.D.. Maggie Jocson, Ms. Edith Jimenez, and to the staff in Los Angeles with Dr. Abraham V. Shammas M.D. GREAT JOB from everybody, and I highly recommend contacting any of these eye centers for consultation and/or surgery.

Great service like always . Doctor Brian has great personality. He is very thorough and he makes sure that his patients are happy.
