We've been customers of the Moreno Valley office for years. It's nice to have another location to allow for more flexible appointments. I only trust my vision to Dr. Clayton. He has always made sure my prescription is perfect over the years.

Great staff and care for eye health. A yearly check up for 25 years. I recommend them highly with a Riverside and Moreno Valley offices.

I moved from LA to Riverside last year and has I’ve been hesitant to go find a new eye doctor when I finally found 2020 vision I was really impressed with their office and their exams were very in-depth and the Dr and staff were very friendly. Jaime helped me pick out the perfect glasses and when they came in, she help me fit them perfectly. She was very nice and provided some of the best service I’ve ever had an eye doctors office, so I’m really impressed. Just wanted to leave a nice review because they really provided an excellent service there, and anyone that is looking for an eye doctor is really going to love this place. My whole family goes here now.

Dr. Kim is amazing. Vary thorough and answers any questions you may have. I believe it was Victor that helped me pick out my glasses. Again, amazing. Perfect customer service skills. I already recommend them to everyone I talk to about my experience. So happy I have them.

Always a great experience going to 20/20! Dr.Kim is very kind and thorough. The optometry team is efficient (got there early and actually got me going before my appointment time), and then helped find me a great pair of glasses. Thanks for all you do!

I love Dr Nguyen. I was a referral from another practice. I will be making this Dr my primary. Great attitude and a pleasure to talk to!!!!!!

Customer service too poor

The visit was very professional. The Dr. Was very Informative And helpful. The front desk is very helpful with picking the frames and Transparent with cost and insurance coverage. I highly recommend them for all your eye care.

I love the service. They are great!!... my first born was 8 yrs when I took him for the first visit, he is now 17 yrs and still a patient... we won't choose any other optometrist.

Horrible place to go , the receptionist really thinks I’m gonna go back after her bad attitude. I pay for good service not to be talked down on .
