What an AMAZING experience to see my sister get LASIK surgery! Seriously Manrique Custom Vision - Corpus Christi & Manrique Custom Vision - San Antonio did such an great job! Dr. Manrique is the only one I would trust for me and my family!! I highly recommend him- without a doubt! I can’t wait to get my 20/20 vision soon! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 …

Great experience! Both the female and male representatives that helped me there on separate occasions we’re so kind and very helpful. They helped me find better discounts and once my glasses were ready they told me to come back for any problems and when i did (due to the middle support slightly bothering me) they helped me immediately and fixed the problem within a few seconds.

Dr. Pathapati is a fantastic optometrist, but her current staff is woefully unprofessional. My grandmother made an appointment for June 22nd almost two months in advance. A week before the appointment, she attempted to call and confirm, but was only able to leave a message after being given a recording stating that she would be called back before 5:00 PM. After receiving no call-back, she tried again the next day to the same results. This was a Friday, so come Monday, she called again and was finally able to speak to a human. Upon reaching a person, she was informed that they have no record of her appointment at all. The only options she was given were for the very next day or another two months away. Due to the distance from our home, the next day was not an option. We have been seeing Dr. Pathapati for many years, nearly twenty if I remember correctly, and have always been very happy. Now, however, we will most likely be seeking out a new optometrist, rather than risk losing another two months to an inattentive staff.

I had an appointment for an eye exam on June 6th of this year. Wanted to order contact lenses and was told that it was a special order and It would take two weeks to a month. No communication had to keep reaching out for info on my prescription. Now I have been told that it is out of stock when last time I was told it was specially ordered and had to be made because of my vision issues. Now have been told that there's no time frame as to when I will get my contacts. I could have gone somewhere else and have the ability to see better. Oh and when I asked for the prescription they would not give it to me even though I've already paid for it.

As always I received outstanding customer service. Everyone at this office is very friendly and efficient. You can see they love their job and enjoy working together. Dr Constantine is outstanding and I have trusted her expertise for many years. I am very happy with my care and the service I received.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Krachmal, and everything went right on time. I made my appointment here because my regular doctor didn’t have any openings until December or January. It’s really nice to be able to have a doctor that you can call and make an appointment as soon as you need it. Several of my friends have gotten their glasses here and have been very satisfied.

The doctor refused to write me a prescription for 2 week lenses after I mentioned that I sometimes wear them longer than 2 weeks because I clean them. The doctor outright refused - and essentially required me to go to another doctor to get the prescription I wanted. A total waste of time. The doctor was going to charge me $80 a month for the crappiest one day contacts I've ever tried. The "nicer" ones were $160 a month. These guys are running a racket for "my safety." Well, I've been wearing 2 week lenses for 10 years and have only had a small number of incidents that usually stem from leaving them in overnight (which has nothing to do with the duration of the lenses). The refused to write the prescription, kept giving me daily lenses to try to keep me strung out, and I completely felt like they were pushing me into a product I didn't want. I'd avoid this place at all costs - it was really disappointing. I felt like their motivations were monetary, not that they cared about my eyes. I felt like they were looking for reasons to sell me a more expensive product, and keep me on their dole at $100+ a month.

Dr. Rassier and his assistant Sandra are FANTASTIC. I initially wasn’t even going to write this review but something has to be said and potential patients should know. The front desk staff is shockingly rude, disorganized, and passive aggressive. Before you think this is just a rant, let me clarify. Quick background on me: I tend to get along extremely well with my medical practitioners. This isn’t because I’m anything special. This is because I am courteous, friendly, organized, and basically have my s*^t together so I don’t waste their (or my) time. This office generally runs late- as much as 2 1/2 hours. This is actually not a make or break for me if I know it coming in- I’m willing to wait for a fantastic doctor, which Dr. Rassier is. HOWEVER… the front desk staff does not inform anyone when the doctor is running behind. That’s just basic courtesy. But if it were just that, I would not be writing this review. The first time I called to make a contact lens appointment, the front desk staff gave me inaccurate price information. This meant that when I showed up for my appointment, I immediately had to cancel. On the same inquiry phone call, the same employee kept insinuating that I was going to try to avoid paying for the appointment somehow. I recognize that she may have been dealing with a different patient who was trying to do just that but she did not know me and it seems unreasonable to come out of the gate swinging that way. When I was finally able to come in for my lens fitting, I waited for almost 2 1/2 hours to be seen. When I was led in back, I was then told that I wouldn’t be seen for the very appointment that I made. It turns out that there had been a computer changeover and the front desk had not bothered to look at my appointment in the old system or update it in the new. Ok- I could even forgive that- tech sucks- but then I was accused of dropping the ball by not telling them what my appointment was for (that I made weeks before with one of them on the phone) when I first came in that day. Had they asked when I had arrived, had they said they were dealing with a new system, I would have told them but they did neither. There is absolutely no reason I could have thought she didn’t know what my appointment was for since I made the appointment for that specific purpose, on the phone, with one of them. I’m even one of those people who, had they told me when I made the appointment that I would need to remind them what it was for when I came in, I would have put a note in my calendar. They did nothing and then acted aggressively like I was at fault. I almost left but Dr. Rassier was kind enough to see me and apologized. Fast forward to today. I called to follow up on my prescription and was put on hold for a full 9 minutes at which point I clearly heard the phone cradle picked up and then they hung up on me. I called back and this time I was immediately- and clearly- hung up on with no answer. I frankly find this level of childish behavior inappropriate for any business and I will be taking mine elsewhere. Should Dr. Rassier either leave this clinic or replace this wholly unprofessional front desk staff, I will happily follow him there. He is a delightful and gifted doctor. If you do use his services, know that he’s great… just brace yourself for the ridiculous and unprofessional front of house experience. UPDATE: I had been told by the front desk staff that my preferred contact lens was unavailable from/not made by the manufacturer (Acuvue Oasys with Base Curve 9.0). After my experience with this office, I recently decided to contact the manufacturer to confirm. They make my preferred contact lens and have for years. I ended up going to a different doctor and getting a brand new prescription rather than dealing with this office again.

Dr. Kosik is wonderful. So thorough & clearly cares about her patients. Corissa was the best in explaining insurance, our charges and helping select frames! Great experience!
