Doctor was rude, snippy, volatile, condescending, disrespectful. He made me incredibly uncomfortable, and that was BEFORE he tried to sell me his atrocious frames. When I told him I wasn’t interested in what he had to offer, he stormed off and exclaimed, ‘unbelievable!’ The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice & friendly, and I feel bad for what she must have to endure. Would absolutely never return.

The Doctor doesn't listen to you. It's his way or go find someone else. He was rude and inconsiderate. He spoke over me as I tried to explain what I was looking for and why. I feel bad for his staff, as they were very pleasant and polite. It was a shock when I met the doctor as it was such a flip in how I was spoken to and treated.

I had double Laser eye surgery and DR Ward was Amazing he gave me back my sight like a modern day miracle. The staff is wonderful and kind, after surgery Sylvia washed out my eyes and was incredibly gentle and kind. I can't say enough about everyone who works there. Let me say thank you from the bottom of my heart you gave me the greatest gift today and to those of you who are scared Laser surgery is safe, painless and as easy as resting your face comfortably and Dr Wards blessed hands do everything else.

As pleasant a visit as a visit to an eye doctor can be…(I'm slightly biased against due to childhood eye problems). I am pleased overall, the visit was as quick as it could be for a new patient, and everything went smoothly.

They were able to get me a quick eye appointment. First time there and Dr. Ward answered all my questions staff was quick and efficient.

I was born with lazy eyes and had them corrected at 21. I never had issues getting prescribed lenses till I no longer had Kaiser Permanente. Took 10 years to find an optometrist who understood my corrected vision. Dr Cynthia Raymundo is the best. Got me sunglasses, reading and driving glasses for the first time in 50 plus years.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. The stuff here is the best. A Drm that loves what he dies and truly cares about us. This is why I keep coming here. Doesn't matter. I will come here first. Even with an emergency, I trust the Dr over the ER doctor. You can't ask for a better staff and doctor. I will not trust anybody else checking my eyes. If you need an eye Dr, then this is the best one to come to.

Been seeing Dr. Alanis for years. Was due for an eye exam. Made the appointment and came in recently. The office is remodeled now and has a very comfortable rustic vibe to it. Huge selection of frames and designer sunglasses to choose from. … More

The ladies here are so nice! I’ve been coming here since i was 16 I’m 22 now and they’ve always just been so welcoming. Just went there today for some new frames and was in and out within 10 minutes they’re the best <33

BEST PLACE!!! I’ve been coming here over 11 years with my kids and my husband! We’ve moved all over even as far as Big Bear and I still come here! The secretary and the DR are amazingly kind and very knowledgeable! I will never go anywhere else!
