Dr. Lee Kim is amazing at what she does and overly kind! I have been coming here for quite a while, with a lot of eye complications and she has been patient and kind through the process of finding my right prescription. I was seeing a different doctor before her who pretty much cancelled out the option of me wearing contacts. After speaking to Dr. Lee Kim we tried again and now I’m happily and comfortably wearing contacts!
Every staff member here is also very kind and professional. I never have an issue booking my next appointment and am treated with amazing customer service!

Traveled from India for retinal reattachment surgery.
I approached Eye Care for Animals after my 3-year-old Shih Tzu lost vision. Through quick research, I gained insight into their expertise and discovered positive experiences in similar cases. I virtually met Dr. Hoffman, who promptly identified my dog as a viable candidate based on his ultrasound reports. Dr. Hoffman displayed exceptional knowledge and patiently addressed all my inquiries.
The facility itself is remarkable and well-equipped to perform specialized procedures. It is conveniently located, particularly for individuals traveling from different cities or countries. The staff members are all extremely courteous and provided diligent post-operative care for Joey. They even assisted with the necessary paperwork for Joey's travel arrangements.
Thanks to the exceptional care provided, Joey made a full recovery, and we are overjoyed with the results. Our overall experience was truly exceptional!

My elderly cairn terrier needed an eye procedure. The staff and Vet were very caring, helpful and explained the procedure very well.
He is still healing, but the experience was good.

Wow! Just an amazing team, from customer service to their technician Andy and Dr Conrad, are the best! They helped out our cat when she was very ill. They assessed the severy of my cat and made room for an emergency appointment. They were very sweet and gentle when handling my cat when she was under a lot of pain. They provided options for my cat, and I made the decision to have her eye removed due to the severity. To be completely honest, we were scared of having a new Dr and obviously the cost, but after everything, the cost was reasonable. My cat is doing great! Her incision is looking good, and my cat is surprisingly not scared when she sees them during check-up visits. Would recommend 100% and bring any future paw babies if in need.

Amazing doctors and amazing customer service. The staff is super helpful. I mistakenly went to the Pasadena office instead of the main campus and was on the way to the main campus when Jennifer called me and said she was able to get me in to see they other specialist in the Pasadena office. Jennifer's quick thinking saved me over an hr I travel time - great service. It is great to know everyone helps to provide the best customer service possible.

My experience here has been very unfortunate. I am sure that the doctors are very good and always felt confident about the quality of care when seen. BUT, it was very difficult to get prescription refills -- at least 72 hours turnaround -- and almost impossible to get quick response to any situation. After an emergency room visit, I tried to get an appointment on Monday, as prescribed by the ER, and didn't even get a call back until late on that day. By the time they called, I had been seen and cared for by another non-USC physician. Bottom line -- if you want timely, personal and responsive treatment, go elsewhere.

After returning from a trip from Europe severely jet lagged and with an infected ankle, I knew I needed care quickly. I made an app, and was seen, treated, and given antibiotics within 3 hours!
This was after a home doctor scared me into going to the ER the night before, where I waited for 3 hours and nothing happened.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and facilities are clean and bright. I highly recommend for someone who needs care on a weekend day
