I wish I could give zero stars.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the practice. Some of the equipment was not even working properly during my recent appointment. The front desk staff provided completely incorrect information about my son's contact lens order coverage under insurance. I was explicitly told a 1-year supply would be fully covered, yet only received 2 boxes. When I called to address this unacceptable mistake, I was met with deflection and blame rather than accountability. The staff chose to ignore their obvious miscommunication and instead accused me of being wrong. what a shame! My time and insurance benefits have been woefully wasted. I will NOT be recommending this practice to anyone. Do not expect me to return as a patient unless major improvements are made, starting with holding your staff accountable and retraining them on basic principles of customer respect. Your patients deserve far better than what I received. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as you simply cannot afford to retain patients with such incompetence and dismissal of valid concerns.

The office is located in a large strip mall across the street from Cedars Sinai Huntington Memorial Hospital with free share parking spaces The office is very modern with several display windows of frames. The entrance there is reception desk with a friendly staff. There is a full staff of optometrists and opticians on duty. There are two opticians Elissa and Laura. Elissa helped me select a pair of new frames bifocals glasses for my computer use. She carefully fitted the glasses on my face. The office was closing when the pictures were taken.

Beware the new team as for summer 2023 is terrible! I started going to Dr. Korth years ago and it was great! I spent years trying to find the right eye doctor and this practice was so good I drove from Hollywood to go there. Unfortunately, Dr Korth retired in August 2023 and it’s been havoc ever since. I have been patiently waiting for my contacts since June! I call all the time and am constantly told they will figure it out and call by the end of the day. I can’t even count how many times I have been told that to no avail! I have been considered medically necessary for years and somehow that didn’t get put into my file when I went for my annual visit. First I was told VSP wasn’t getting back to the office, then it was my health insurance company and then it was their own billing departments. I don’t know what happened, but I’m done with them. I have been dependent on glasses with an old prescription and many scratches. This is insane!

A disaster. Unmanaged chaos. I waited two hours for my appointment and then gave up. I rescheduled my appointment to the next week -- or so I was told -- only to discover that I had been given an appointment with a doctor I had never heard of over a month later. I tried to reschedule on the phone and was put on infinite hold. I called back a few days later and was told that their system was down. They said they would call back. They didn't.

I am here right now, (9/9/21 10:50 am been here since 9:30)there is people sitting on the hallway because the inside of office only has around 6 space for people to sit. The doctors are 50 minutes behind schedule the poor receptionists are deal with all the chaos. No wonder they have low rating. They never gave a courtesy call to remind the appointment to my 74 yers old aunt. Many of these people have trouble getting here they need someone else to bring them and not having space to accommodate everyone is horrible. Their is another space available in the building, get it! And separate the office that you have for four doctors with two receptionist and 6 chairs for waiting room. Will update with the time I get out of here. Is 11:56 and she just went in!!!!Finally when appointment was at 10:45 and we got here early at 9:30 We got out of the office by 1:15pm not happy about it.

Horrible service. Don't waste your time. I'm not sure how they're still operating. It now makes sense why they have a poor rating. I would suggest that the staff learned the basics because they apparently don't know how to communicate with patients. Its been a few weeks that we were told that Victoria, the surgery coordinator would contact me and so far nothing. I got tired of calling and leaving voicemails. I left messages with the receptionist as well thinking that would help, but no. Not even a courtesy call. You're better off looking elsewhere if they don't contact you within a week or two.

I don’t know what is going on. My dads appointments are continuously being cancelled. My dad had an appointment today at the Glendora office and they confirmed with me yesterday. He showed today and they rescheduled till October 30. He didn’t even see a DR. He needs his shots on a regular basis and now has to wait over 2 months. Due to insurance he’s only allowed to see this DR. Unbelievable

The doctor and staff were great; they bent over backwards to get us in on short notice to help my friend who is disabled and couldn’t come in very often. The office is very nice and the staff is professional and courteous. They have one big problem and that is with their office admin system. It’s very hard to get ahold of them on the phone for records and referrals or to talk to your doctor, or to talk to anyone, really. I hope they can get that issue fixed because otherwise it’s a great office!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AVOID AT ALL COSTS It’s sad because Dr. Linh Ho and everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. My initial experience was great. But all customer service and billing is through an awful hotline with completely inept representatives. They messed up the billing and are refusing to re-file through the correct insurance, even after a 3-way call with my insurance. They also billed me for a contact fitting even though the doctor did not do one. They are a scam and should be shut down.

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. BEWARE. Booked over a month in advance for an appointment and after I arrive and wait they cancel for overbooking. They tried to reschedule me out another few weeks ahead. Please if you value your time or self worth take this review under consideration. Unless you want to try to get glasses by waiting over 2 months then sure go for this place, although even then there's no guarantee you'll even be seen
