Very personable and informative!!

I had an appointment this morning. The office was full and it seems like there were other appointments at the same time. I was there over 10 minutes which is not long, however I was not even close to see the optometrist. I asked if I would be attended in the next 15 minutes and they said no. So basically the wait was going to be over 30 minutes and closer to an hour. I had to leave. So on my way home I called optometry at target. I got an appointment same day and I quickly saw the optometrist. He is actually pretty awesone. Glad it didn't work out at Mezmer.

I have no problem with the Doctor , however i have been very disappointed with the treatment and results of the staff . I purchased frames for $500.00 . When they broke , just above the lens in less tha 6 months they did take care of it but it took a few weeks . Then the rubber part of one arm fell off adt was lost . I took the glasses back and they ordered the part .After a m month went by i called several times and they had not got them in yet . So i went to the store about a week later and they said that they dont know who helped me because there was no order . So they ordered them and told me that the only come as a set , $35.00 . They finally got them in 6 weeks later . When i arrived at the store they only replaced the rubber tips . They said that they weren't covered under warranty because they were over a year old . I said that when they broke they were under a year old , " No Comment " . . I told them that i was very unhappy with the situation and that i would not be a returning patient . Then the staff worker said that she was sorry that i had felt that way .

This place is a joke. I was assured over the phone that I would helped if I was here before 6:00 p.m., which I am, I've been here for 20 minutes knocking on the door trying to be seen. Thank you so much you're ridiculous ridiculous business for not only wasting my but my gas... Don't like liars. Won't be back.

Doctor Armstrong is extraordinary with thorough exams to accomplish precise prescriptions. He listens to his patient. Robert offered wonderful customer service. Juan did an awesome job with adjustment of my frame. Thank you so much!!

From the moment you walk in, everyone is very friendly and Dr. Armstrong is by far one of the most nicest caring, patient, professional, extremely thorough Eye Doctor. My entire family is super happy! We feel blessed and grateful!!

I visited on 12/4/2023 and had a 2nd encounter with Iris, as soon as I walked in she greeted me as she did on visit on 10/2023. She went out of her way to make sure I left with the correct glasses and when I came back, I had lost my glasses and she helped me get the best pricing solution for my needs. She’s very professional and has patience. In fact this probably the best office I’ve been to

I broke my glasses and was so devastated, so I called America's Best to see if they did repairs and they told me come on in. When I got there Sofia and Rosa were such a great help to me. Not only were they quick fixing my glasses, they were friendly and inviting. They told me about their offers and welcomed me to come back whenever I am ready for new glasses or if I would need any help with my glasses. I felt so much better after talking with Sofia and Rosa. They gave excellent customer service! Thank you and keep up the great work!

I've been coming to this location ever since the beginning. I have been other places, but no one compares to this. As for the service that the employees provide and the Environment They have created. Hands down the best that you can expect. Warm, kind, courteous, well mannered. I recommend if you haven't already been there. You should. Great price and good service. Exceptional
