Absolutely the worst experience ever i never have had a problem with other conpanies or their employees, the employees Karla, Karina, and Julie were terrible. They're rude, catty, unprofessional, the amount of microagressions toward everyone is extremely unsettling, stay away from this company, go somewhere else these three girls are terrible people, rude, disgusting behaviors I witness not just toward customers but also their own coworkers! How are these people employed! DO NOT GIVE HELM VISION YOU BUSINESS AVOID THESE EMPLOYEES AT ALL COST THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

One of the Best Doctors I have ever dealt with. Dr Helms is a Wonderful Person...My mother Margaret had to go to his main office in Valencia (very Nice Building, Great Staff) for surgery, and would see him on Thursdays in Palmdale. I have a feeling Dr. Helms does not come to A.V. for the money...he does it because he is compassionate and realizes A.V. needs someone of his caliber, and most cannot afford to go to his Valencia office. Dr. Helms is a Gift (angel) and I hope he lives "Forever".

Christine the front desk staff member was so helpful in finding their exact location in the business park. They offer optimap instead of getting your eyes dilated. Dr B. was very thorough and professional. Highly recommend this vision group! Unfortunately when I went to pick up my glasses on 2/21/23 the young female, optician who didn't have a name tag on wasn't very helpful. When I asked her to fit the glasses to my face she asked what I needed done. In my past experience as a long time user of glasses & having worked at Lenscrafters in the past this is knowledge an optician should have. Gratefully I went back on 2/22/23 & got a different optician who knew exactly how to help & assess the fit of my glasses. I think her name was either Miriam or Mirra. Thanks to her the hundreds of dollars I spent on my glasses ended up being worth it. She even encouraged me to return for adjustments as needed.

I had an 11:30 appointment time. By 12:30, I was STILL sitting in the waiting room to be called. When I asked the receptionist if she had any idea how much longer it would be, she said the doctor breaks for lunch at 1:30 and I would be seen before then. 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment time? That’s a terrible use of patient’s time and not a good way to conduct your business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was extremely rude.

The worst optometry staff ever,very rude and unprofessional, tried to call for scheduling an appointment but nobody answered, went to clinic to schedule the appointment, they said we don't do appointment in clinic, and you have to call,which they don't answer, what a ridiculous system!!! This clinic is out list. Plus the very long wait people were complaining about, they don't deserve even one star.

I've had many bad experiences in previous offices but not here. Friendly staff especially Liliana she helped so much. I had many questions and doubts but she helped in every way. Prices are fair. I love my new contacts and glasses thank you so much! Beyond a 5 star review.

Such a bad experience. They bent my frames and warped the blue anti glare coating, they ordered new frames to replace the severely bent frames which completely changed the shape of the frames but they didn’t order new lenses so I’m waiting AGAIN. It took months for just the frames to come in and they didn’t call to let me know they were in I had to call several times and left messages, they didn’t call me back. When I finally called and they actually answered they said my frames hadn’t come in yet, then they called 20 min. later and they said oh they just got here just now… sure yeah right like they weren’t sitting there in their mail for who knows how long! Since they didn’t order lenses to replace the ones they warped the coating, I’m now waiting all over again. I first ordered the glasses in January, it’s now AUGUST and I still don’t have the glasses. I have the original frames that they bent to the extreme and they sent me home with that, they’re Burberry frames and they’re ridiculously crooked when I wear them. They didn’t even offer to straighten them out as best they can meanwhile, quite honestly I’m scared to let them straighten them out. They offer no resolution other than a refund or to wait eons for new frames and lenses. I get coverage for 2 frames a year, and they can’t have MY business anymore. Also, their selection for luxury brands are not very appealing. They should offer more wearable luxury styles, instead the selection is very flamboyant.

I’ve been going to Antelope Mall Vision Center for years and the service is always excellent. The staff is always friendly when greeting you in person as well as over the phone. They are always professional and provide the best customer service experience.

We have been going here for years. Very professional and friendly. The service is always exceptional, highly recommend. Dr. Lin is absolutely the best. Focuses on you and takes your health into consideration. My daughters and I love going to him. You leave with a thorough understanding of your exam and how your health affects your vision.

The provider was excellent, he take the time to explain everything and very detailed eye exam. Staff was very friendly and acknowledge of all the process. Yveth was the best.
