Dr. Claudio and her staff are simply the best in ALL ways. When prisms were a part of my prescription she worked hard on getting it right. My daughters also have chosen Dr. Claudio for their eye care. I highly recommend Claudio Eye Care!❤️

Waste of time. Most staff were nice but I don’t think I’d recommend this place… Usually I don’t leave reviews but this time I felt like I needed to. I wanted to make the appointment in person since that was easier for me. I went into the office and told them I wanted to make an appointment. They told me to take a seat and someone would be with me in a bit. me. I waited almost two hours for something that took like 5 mins since they only took basic info such as my name, email, insurance, etc. I had to wait around a month for my eyes exam. The optometrist was really nice. Three weeks passed by and they still had not contacted me about my glasses. I emailed them and they assured me that the glasses would be done in a week and that they’d text me when they were done. Another two weeks with no text messages or emails. I emailed them and, again, the glasses were not ready. The glasses were not ready until the next day. It was around two months from the day I made my appointment until the day I got my glasses. It took them 6 weeks to make my glasses and they kept postponing the date further and further without any notice or anything which was annoying since I had to be the one constantly checking in. I had some questions regarding my glasses since my perception is a little bit weird when I use them (and it’s my first time using glasses) so I emailed them asking if it would be better to ask my questions in person or just send them through an email. It’s been over two weeks (again) and there’s no response. It’s really stressful. Having to be the one reaching out again and again while they ignore the emails or postpone the dates makes it feel like a group project where you’re the only one doing the work. The optometrist was nice but that’s about it. The rest of my experience was bad, stressful, and frustrating.

Mr masheyev was excellent. I love my glasses,as he has helped me with the right prescription lenses and was very welcoming. I recommend any and everyone to come to his store to recieve not only good quality of glasses,but excellent customer service

I started going here April 2015 to get an eye exam and eyewear. Pleasant, prompt, friendly, and accommodating are the words to best describe my experience. My glasses were better than expected. I’ve returned April 2023 for the same procedure, and it was even better than my first visit. I didn’t have insurance this time but Dr. H worked with me and gave me a very affordable price for the exam and eyewear. Note: My prescription lenses were on the more expensive side. Really appreciate him and the staff. They made my visit comfortable and thoroughly explained my results and prescription. This is the one and only place I’m going to for optical needs. Thanks again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 27th St Optical to anyone, especially if you haven’t been to the eye doctor in awhile.

I’m a new patient with issues with my contacts. Dr Boyd and her team were great! They continued to help me and found the right fitting contacts for me. Lisa was awesome! She provided samples to try and then expedited my order. I would highly recommend them.

Very bad customer service, if you are using your insurance I recommend going somewhere else, the doctor is great and rest of the staff sucks specially the manager, I went it to my appointment and the doctor saw a lot of dryness in my eyes recommended for me to go back in two weeks, I go back in two weeks after I had used eye drops everyday for dryness and same thing I have a lot of dryness he recommends another eye drop for infection and schedules another appointment this thing they charge me a copay, I asked why the others time they didn’t charge me and they couldn’t tell me why I go to my third appointment and the lady who help me with my glasses has no face expresión when I told her how I felt then she told me that it was more expensive to use my insurance so I said don’t use my insurance and refund me my copay she said the manager will call you and when the manager calls me she said that if I wanted she can charge me all the copays. This is so ridiculous like I asked to be back so many times and if you didn’t use my insurance why charge a copay.

This is great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at Capital Eye for my new patient exam today. I can never say enough good things about Capital Eye. I would highly recommend Capital Eye to anyone. The staff greeted me right away with a smile and a pleasant greeting by the front desk and office staff. Taken right back there was no waiting. Dr. Marshall was thorough and personable. Dr. Marshall did the exam very thoroughly. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a eye doctor. The scheduling process was very easy.

Two months ago, my 93-year-old father's eyes had a significant amount of mucus and were extremely itchy. He constantly rubbed his eyes to the point where they were nearly swollen shut. My mother took him to see an ophthalmologist, who diagnosed my father with elevated eye pressure and allergies and recommended eye drops to alleviate the itchiness. However, even after a month of using the eye drops, his condition did not improve. Concerned, I decided to seek another medical opinion. Upon researching various options, I came across the outstanding reviews for Focus Eye Center. Impressed by the positive feedback, I promptly scheduled an appointment and accompanied my dad to see Dr. Bryan Jones. Dr. Jones exhibited remarkable patience throughout the appointment, devoting more than an hour to thoroughly examining my father's eyes. Much of this time was spent striving to obtain an accurate measurement of his eye pressure, which can be distorted when forcefully opening a patient's eyes. Given the pronounced swelling of my father's eyes, Dr. Jones had to conduct multiple tests. Surprisingly, the results indicated that my dad's eye pressure was within the normal range. The swelling and excess mucus were attributed to facial oils and debris from my father using only water to wash his face. Astonishingly, he didn't actually have any allergies. Dr. Jones recommended using Johnson's No Tears Baby Soap followed by eye lubricant to gently cleanse his eyes. As of today, my father's eyes are completely free from swelling, itchiness, and mucus. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Jones for dedicating the time and effort to effectively treat my father's condition.

I recently visited Hamilton Eyecare Center for the first time due to my insurance changing and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly due to a cancelation and of course, needed new glasses. It is so nice to have glasses that are clear and don't have any reflection or glare on them like my old pair did. (Previous eye doctor's office screwed my lenses up several times.) I had to stop in one more time to have them adjusted and the optician was so patient and worked hard to make sure they fit correctly. Thank you to everyone in the office for your help! I'm thrilled with my new glasses!
