Dr. Koets and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. It just so happens our residence is across the street so any and every eye problem I have had, they have always helped me to the farthest extent, and sometimes on short notice. I've ordered my glasses from there as well, they have a wide selection and will sit you down and help you try on every pair if needed. An awesome eye doctor with amazing customer service!

My daughter loved it here! She felt really comfortable and even came home and said, "I definitely have a new favorite eye doctor." The whole staff was really nice and really helped my daughter try contacts for the first time!

I'm genuinely shocked by the negative reviews of Cassey's Optical. The front desk staff, the optical team and of course, Dr. Caitlin, are some of the kindest people I've encountered. They have always been kind, courteous, respectful, honest and helpful. I've dealt with the larger eye care places but nothing compares to the experience that I've had at Cassey's. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and kind. They have the most reasonable price. I was able to get my lenses cheaper than what I would have paid with my insurance at other stores. Also the owner can cut lenses himself so it only takes 1-3 days depending on which lenses you pick as opposed to 1-2 weeks at other stores.

Everyone from staff to Doctors were amazing from beginning all the way to the follow ups. I was very nervous about the surgery that was being performed, but they all made me comfortable and relaxed. Everything turned out fine and I am extremely happy with the results. Thank you all.

Dr. Sun and Dr. Caruso are exceptional, both in practice and bedside manner. Dr. Sun tended to my post-op retinal surgery, and Dr. Caruso gave me a thorough eye exam, which was overdue I highly recommended both of them.

Told to go here by the ER doctor for follow up. Can't book an appointment without a referral. Call the ER for a referral. Can't get a hold of anyone. Can't book an appointment after being told to book an appointment.

Dr. Rhea is wonderful but I won't go back. I selected a pair of sunglasses off the rack & paid $44 extra for the frames (I believe they were $180 but not sure since I was never given a receipt). They were not dark enough so I returned them a few days later. Picked out a pair for $120 off the rack again but didn't get a refund for the difference because I was charged a "restocking fee". Sorry but that's a big charge to walk over and replace them on the rack. Again - Dr. Rhea is wonderful but I don't agree with his charges. *** Thank you for the follow up reply Dr. Rhea - I emailed your office but never received a response so I appreciate your reply. The frames were not used - only put one once after I left your office - no different that trying different pairs on in the store. I'd appreciate you asking your office to email me a receipt for my visit. I'm curious what the extra charge was for. Take care and Merry Christmas.

Dr Doyle was AMAZING!! I’ve been going to another doctor for 10 years and I’ve never had somebody actually worry more about my eyes than anything else. He’s gotten me into the right fitting contacts and glasses. I wouldn’t anyone else to go see!

Been a patient of Dr. Will’s for 10+ years and have visited both the Cap Hill and Leschi locations. Always have enjoyed the the easy-going nature of him, the other docs, and the front desk staff. Both locations are clean, contemporary, and cool. Highly recommend Eye Eye.

The doctor here right now is pretty good! Surprisingly this place is more expensive than others in the area. It cost $160 for contacts/eye exam without insurance!
