It's my 2nd year coming to this optometrist. The doctors are very very nice but, I like the old receptionist way better. The new young ladies have a very displeasedful tone. No smiles and very up tight. A little pricey too. You have to pay for contact trials . Many other places you don't. If you ask question the receptionist snaps with an unprofessional tone.

He is always professional knowledgeable and on time.

Dr. Levine is very caring, patient, and knowledgeable in his field. Appointments run on time which I like.

Love Dr. Sam - me and my extended family have been seeing him for years. He is always kind and listens to our questions and concerns. Looking forward to continue being a loyal patient!

The staff has no respect for the patients' time, they make four or five appointments at the same time, they make you wait more than an hour and a half to be seen.

I have ordered many glasses & sunglasses over past 10 yrs from this location. I have always had the best customer service, better than private optometrists staff. I bring in a problem like my glasses in pieces (see photo) and always & I mean always the best service. I called a head and let Liz know I had a big problem and was coming in to get help. As usual, the best staff & the manager Alicia are just awesome, professional and helpful! Love them all for the service they provide. I would recommend this eye center to whoever asks where did you get your glasses? Thank you to each & everyone of you. I’ll see you next year & thanks sooo much for fixing my frames! BTW, I took in old pair that were busted up & they put parts back together on my current pair. I tend to buy one type frame and that resulted in being able to use parts from old pair to fix current glasses. I always leave smiling from my experience with these ladies! I would highly recommend Dr. Kostick and the Florida Eye Specialist to everyone. The staff are all pleasant, kind and professional. Very thorough and informative. They are attentive to your needs and I feel heard not rushed, all of my questions and concerns are addressed. The environment is also peaceful. I've visited a couple of locations and the experience is always the same. Even, when I have a question and call the office, the staff are attentive and always respond back within a timely manner if a call back is needed. 10/10.

The entire staff was top-notch and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail. With my new eyewear, I've received compliments and happily refer them to Eyes on Island ! Mark Rerick
