My daughter is a patient here. She loves the doctor and I do too. We have seen an improvement with her left eye sight. The doctor cares deeply for her patients. She is very calm, patient and thorough. If your child is having problems with sight, I highly recommend this office.

Thank you Dr Downs and staff! My husband had an eye emergency and Karen was able to get him in as quick as we could get there! Dr Downs took him immediately and determined that he needed a Specialist. Dr Downs made the call himself and got him in the same day! Thank you!!

Dr Downs is a great optometrist! He’s patient with my 8 year old as well, he takes his time explaining what he’s going to do and answers all her curious questions 😊His optometry assistants are so friendly and are also very patient with my daughter. I absolutely recommend this office to all my friends and family!! The best part is they don’t do the test that blows the air in your eye!! They have cool new equipment!!

I really love this office staff. I only have to go once or twice a year and yet, they always make me feel like family. Dr. Downs always performs a thorough examination and explains everything to me. Karen takes as much time with me as I need to choose frames and always makes sure I get the best deal with what my insurance offers. It’s just a pleasure to be a part of their practice.

Dr. Char was awesome! My family went a couple of months ago and were pleasantly surprised of how great this office is. I'm a mother of 3 and my older two needed an eye exam. (7yr old and 4yr old) They both were a little nervous about going to a new doctor and had no idea what to expect. Dr. Char put their nerves to rest. He named his tools, made jokes, and made them feel like they were helping him. He is a great eye doctor. Plus the rest of the staff were very welcoming, sweet and helpful. It was a great experience. Thank you Dr. Char! Sorry it took me so long to write this review!

Supper chill place very nice, clean. The kids love it so I'm happy. . They are Always friendly and very welcoming.

I like him. He seems conscientious, and his office staff is nice. He does not push stuff on you that you don't need.

I went to get my 3 year old daughter’s glasses here and they had so many cute options it was so hard to choose. I loved how nice and patient the front register lady was to us. I’m sad that I didn’t get her name. The doctor was so sweat too and had her store looking so organized.

The doctor is very friendly and my appointment was a breeze, they have great technology for the eye exam. It’s a breeze, I hate it when they blow air into my eyes for eye exams but they don’t do that here which I love! My prescription lenses are from Prada and we’re not even $300. I love the frames, they are very flexible and non glossy.

Been going to West Eyecare Optimetry for a few years now. They provide great costumer service and care. I enjoy my yearly checkups and the doctor does a great job explaining everything to me. Always a great experience.

I'm so happy to have found Bender Eye! I received an excellent exam last month. I discovered I was misdiagnosed with cataracts in both eyes by another optometrist last year! I had been suffering with intermittent blurry vision for over 1 year only to discover it is likely from a dry eye condition, not cataracts. I am now using eye drops twice daily recommended by Bender Eye and my condition has greatly improved! I picked up my new glasses today. They fit so much better than my old ones!! The office is also elegant and beautifully decorated.
