Been going here for 10 years. Jess is the best! He goes out of his way to help, and has always been courteous and knowledgeable. He's fixed my glasses soooo many times. The exams with Dr. Galang are always a pleasant experience.

Just call this place to get some information, the person answer the phone, i said "hello good morning i would like to get some information, can i see the doctor without insurance?" The person hang up the phone, i tried calling bk no one pick up. I was so stunned.

Stephanie and Scarlet were super helpful, sweet, and patient making sure everything was in order and within my budget. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses!

Wow! Growing up in Texas and moving to California, I've seen a fair number of optometrist. The glasses I got here are the most accurately paired and give me the sharpest vision. Dr. Bui knows what he is measuring. I brought my own choice of frames since I didn't fancy any of the ones they had but the lens you are get are great: Essilor Crizal.

I just walked in and the Store Manager saved my life by fixing my glasses. I had no idea She could do such a thing. After the repair, I browsed and took pictures of 3 different frames. When I get my updated prescription I look forward to getting a new pair of gold-framed glasses. Thank you thank you thank you for repairing my glasses so I can drive!

I was in need of a new prescription for contact lenses ASAP because I am traveling outside the country and I put this task behind the burner. I found myself here because I knew they would take walk-ins. I had taken my daughter here before but just for vision test. Definitely convenient for on the go situation. The ladies in the front are helpful when its not busy but for sure is knowledgeable with the products and handling insurance. I do have to comment about the eye doctor, he has some tendencies to not listen and quite frankly, today he pretty much dismissed my on what I have to say. I think I may have bothered him (how I felt) sitting and relaxing. I wanted to ask for tinted / colored contacts but of course I was ignored. He might probably forgotten that I paid out of pocket for his services.

The doctor was 30 minutes late for my appointment. He was very nice and was went to a lot working to match my mono vision prescription, but it has been over 2 months and still do not have my contacts. I have not received call backs they say they will do. The charge for the contact fitting with my insurance was considerable higher than any place I have been. I need to go to the office on Saturday because of my work hours and I went during the Saturday hours to find them closed. I will not use this place again or will not recommend others to go.

Everyone is professional and very nice to be with. When you come in you are put at ease immediately and they work with you patiently when you are choosing glasses to make sure you pick the glasses you like.
