It was excellent! From the young lady maybe a eye tech who was very pleasant, patient and gave great instructions on how to approach each piece of equipment that had a different function checking out your eyes, Dr Kennnedy well he’s just the best!!!Nice easy going your done with examination before you know it. I believe the gal that assisted in picking out frames that would accommodate your vision I believe her name was Lois. Was just the best very knowledgeable, helpful, so pleasant !!

First visit. Seen quickly and professionally . Entire staff pleasant and helpful. Office clean and quiet. Having read negative reviews I was leary however my experience did not reflect those experiences. I didn't even read a chapter in the book I brought. Entire appointment was over in an hour. Staff did alert me that next appointment will probably be longer because it's a pediatric day.

I've been getting exams and glasses here for about 30 years and have never been disappointed. I have a regular optometrist but have seen a couple others as well and they are all terrific. It is a very friendly office and very well run. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I was given an eye exam by a doctor that lasted there only a few weeks. I genuinely think he was unqualified for his position. He gave me a prescription for bifocals. When I picked them up from Vision Works, the prescription wasn't even close to being right. I called Lone Star, and they scheduled another appointment, this one with Dr. McMenemy. He did all his eye test stuff, wrote the prescription, etc. Picked up my glasses from Vision Works, put on the glasses, and immediately said NOPE. Again, not even close. I've visited Dr. McMenemy before with no issues at all, but he wasn't even close this time. I decided to try a different doctor, and I finally have my new glasses.

Excellent service. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable in her field. I got a free lesson on cataracts! The eye exams were very thorough and detailed. Can’t wait to experience the results with my new glasses. Superior eyesight begins with a superb eye exam!

Wonderful experience! Quickly scheduled the appointment on the phone with my preferred doctor (as suggested by my husband whom this doctor had seen previously-and whom he really liked). A very thorough exam and clear explanation of results followed. A very professional setting, exam, and doctor. Very pleased overall. Our family will definitely continue returning to this office.

Great experience! Dr Chin and his staff were kind and very thorough in explaining my eye tests as well as lens and contact options. Quiet, clean office. Would definitely recommend!

I was really pleased with my experience at my annual check up. It was not only thorough, but as someone who is interested in contacts they went over the application and removal process to make sure I was comfortable. While it took me more than a few tries to get them in on my own, they were patient and gave me tips on how to put them on as easy as possible. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Twist's for well over a decade and am very satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Twist has never failed to explain things and answer all my questions. Because he is so meticulous about the care he renders to his patients, I had complete trust in him to perform my cataract surgery and other procedures. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming.
