***Update: 9/16/23: I was very disappointed to learn that ownership has changed and Dr. Than is no longer on the schedule every Friday! Dr. Than is a AMAZING eye doctor and should be given the opportunity to service her long time patients! Bring Dr. Than back to once a week PLEASE!!! If your looking for a great eye doctor look no further, Dr. Than is the best!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Than’s for two years. Prior to seeing Dr. Than my eyesight was deteriorating. She provided me with recommendations for eye drops, healthy eating habits and tips to improve my eyesight naturally!! For the 1st time in 10+ years my eye prescription stayed the same and didn’t not increase!!! I drive 30+ miles to this location and it is worth it!!!! She is very knowledgeable, kind and has a great sense of humor!!!!!

Once of the worst medical experiences I've had yet. Dr. Krasner couldn't be bothered to figure out what has been causing my eye issues aside from running standard testing, which I had explained had already been done by my local eye doctor and he referred me to a specialist to look further into it. When I explained what was going on, he looked at me, laughed and said "good luck with that". No resolution. On top of that, the office didn't take down my address correctly (nor was my name spelled correctly) and had sent bills to the wrong address. I received a call that I was late on my payment and they had sent me several bills which I then confirmed they had my details wrong. Whole process was a nightmare - avoid this practice they have no idea what they're doing.

On my only two occasions I waited in the lobby 45 minutes after my initial appointment time, the second time I had to leave prior to being seen. I understand this happens occasionally, but it should not be the norm.

I've been going to this location for my optical requirements for a long time, and it's about time I gave them some recognition! Especially since I need to return my new glasses in order to get my new RX Sunglasses customized to my preferences! Manager Bleydi, Ms. Em, Yeshenia, and Monique, in particular, are the finest! Shh, everything here is fantastic, but please be patient and visit when they aren't too busy!

Block your day if you're visiting this office. Extremely long wait time but it's worth the wait. Dr Rabin runs all the necessary tests while being mindful of what insurance will cover. He also has excellent diagnostic skills. Throughout the years I've tried other ophthalmologists and kept returning to Dr Rabin to either "fix" or resolve an issue addressed by another doctor. Trust me, most likely you will not receive this level of testing, thoroughness and skill elsewhere. He's now retiring and a doctor that has been working with him for several years is taking over. I'm hoping that she will be able to carry Dr Rabin's unique skills onward, while improving the wait time and level of staff professionalism.

Joyce was the best I've seen in the business. She just fit me for 3 pair of glasses, and is very knowledgeable in her field. She is great when giving her advice and opinions. I don't want anyone else, but her to help me in the future!

I was a walk-in and the staff was very nice and efficient. I was lucy enough to have a cancellation to get an appointment. Dr.Flannigan was very personable and gave me all of my options for reading and distance in a contact lenses and …

The owner reached out to me to question my feelings after visit and has now entered a statement refuting my experience. He states my review was "misleading and inaccurate ". EXCUSE ME? I think I was being polite; but the " scheduling" individual was out right rude. She PUSHED( as did the woman filling my new 'free' glasses on my 1st visit ) for the preceedure not covered by my insurance. I said I couldn't afford it and was made to feel very uncomfortable. At that point she tried to mislead me and thereby belittled me. I did some research on what she was telling me and one said she out right lied to me! Way not cool!! I've been in a lot of doctor facilities and this was pathetic and outright shaming to sell product!

Dr. Benimovich and the team of doctors and staff at My Optician are excellent at what they do. It's so amazing to see without needing glasses or wearing contact lenses. My recent surgery was simple and quick. Thank you to Dr. Benimovich and the phenomenal caring team at My Optician!

Always a great experience coming here. The staff is very attentive and Cody makes the check-out process very easy! You guys rock! Thank you!
