I was referred to Dr Lee at coastal vision from my optometrist after visiting another eye institute that I felt was not providing me accurate or complete information but more of a sales pitch. My experience with Dr Lee was fantastic he answered every question in detail explained everything thoroughly and honestly based off of the research I have done myself. I will continue all my future visits with coastal vision and suggest anyone else looking for a trustworthy, professional eye institution to visit as well. Jon

I highly recommend Coastal Vision Medical Group. The office in chino hills is beautiful! Very clean, calm, and inviting environment. I first with Catherine who was absolutely Amazing! She is extremely nice and very informative. I felt welcomed and valued as a patient. The anxiety I had about LASIK surgery was instantly gone. All of my questions were answered in detail. I met with Dr Rude who was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and he made me feel confident in him and their team. Scheduling is quick and easy. They are very accommodating to my schedule. I have scheduled my LASIK surgery and I do not have a doubt in my mind that I am in good hands!

Pacific Eye institute is a class above the rest. Their entire staff is some of the friendliest, most pleasant individuals to ever have to deal with. Time spent in waiting area before your appointment is minimal. Dr Roeske is as professional and kind and caring as they come. And a master of his craft. I truly enjoy my time and experience at the Pacific Eye Institute.

Yesterday I had an appointment at 8:30 AM with Doctor Smith. My previous experience was that he was a good doctor, but long waits were routine. I don’t know the cause of the long waits, but at 10AM after 1.5 hours in the waiting room, I told the staff I was leaving, the wait was unacceptable and I would be looking for another doctor.

I enjoyed the appointment, everyone was very helpful and made the visit comfortable. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and took care to make sure we’re and will be taken care of.

Very thorough and helpful. They have a lot of machines to examine your eyes. They take their time to explain what the procedure will be and answer all questions.
