I had an eye exam and picked out a couple of frames for my new prescription. The staff here was friendly and helpful and I had a great experience with Zeke. I had my new glasses within one business day and when I went back to pick them up, Zeke made some minor adjustments to the frames, which helped them fit perfectly.

My wife and I go here for our exams and corrective eyewear solutions. My wife got a great pair of glasses here recently. I got my contact supply and am very happy with them. Also, the optometrist is very flexible to the brand of contact you would like to try and wear. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My son is going to get new pair of glasses here soon.

Excellent practice! Have been coming here for a few years now. The doctors are caring and have flexed to fit us in last minute when needed. The front desk staff is caring and processional and they have worked with us to figure out the most cost efficient way to bill insurance multiple times. 10/10 would recommend!

I don't give many 5 star ratings, but All About Eyes really deserves it. I have been Dr. Pearcy's patient for many years. He is an excellent doctor. The service at the office is also excellent. Their website says they pride themselves on the individual care and attention that they provide, and it's absolutely true. I fell well taken care of by Dr. Pearcy and his staff.

Trying to call this place to make an apt and they make you sit through a very long recorded sales pitch before you can get anyone on the phone.

The first check in woman who completed the pressure tests and retina scan was lovely (blonde curly hair). The doctor was great as well. Jose at check out was stellar. The very tall dirty blonde woman with glasses behind the desk was one of the RUDEST people I’ve ever experienced. Did not acknowledge me. Ignored me and helped two people cutting right in front of me without even glancing at me let alone giving me an update after i completed my exam. She made me feel invisible. She continued to ignore for 5 minutes as I was standing at the desk I finally said, “Hi I’ve been waiting.” To which she rolled her eyes and said, “I saw you. I’m pulling up your profile.” I don’t mind waiting but at the very least say you will be with me shortly. She should not work with patients or customers. Everyone else, was great.

I completely enjoyed my visit today at LensCrafters! I realize that probably sounds like an odd statement to me, but the doctor was so personable incredibly knowledgeable actually compared my old chart to my new prescription and explained a few things to me which had never been done before and I’ve had glasses since I was 28 and I am now 53. The young lady that greeted me at the door was amazing. I had brought in my insurance, and she found that my coverage had changed, but she matched it up in the system, and I didn’t have a problem at all. Finally, Derrick who helped me select my frames and measure for my lenses was amazing!!! he helped me pick out two pairs of glasses when I showed up at his desk with 10. I loved his style. He knew the quality of the frames. He was very not knowledgeable on the best way to get the best deal. Annie took care of me, provided me all of my insurance coverage information as well as my receipts and paperwork. I’d also like to mention that they were so great that I was late to my appointment and they fit me right into the next flight :-). I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Grace was very sweet and helpful. The doctor however made my eleven year old very uncomfortable. Not the greatest manner for young teens. I am no eye expert and was asking questions throughout the appointment and was basically put down and guilt tripped for not adding the additional exams day of service. I was told if it was done within two years that it was okay. We were in that two year span so I declined… won’t do that again! Overall not a great experience and ended up just doing my daughters appointment and canceling the other two I made for myself and my son.

My appointment was 2:20pm and I was ask to be there on time. I went there around 1pm to avoid difficulty parking. Before I was called .it was around 3pm . 2hrs wasted doing nothing. This is bad. If your time is important to you. Avoid Oakland branch

Had an emergency and was looking for an opthomologist. Found them through my provider and confirmed by phone they took my plan. After heading all the way there and waiting an hour, I was told they had made an error couldn’t take my plan. Can’t speak to the care itself, obviously, but my experience wasn’t good. That said, they do take last minute appointments for emergencies. They also didn’t have much seating or an automatic door - seems this would benefit a lot of patients there.

East Bay Retina Consultants is an excellent practice. I was referred to them by my doctor at Stanford. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander Dillion, MD. He is a first-rate practitioner. He is a good listener and explained my medical prognosis in understandable ways. He diagnosed me with Macular Degeneration. I was not expecting that at all. He was calm and reassuring and explained a reasonable course of action for the beginning stages of the issue. He is diligent in following up every six months. I feel confident in his care. The practice is easy to reach and easy to schedule appointments with. The office staff is helpful. Five stars.
