If you need the eye doctor or just a place where they have a lot of options and they're good at what they do definitely have to come to be vision on Broadway very nice selection and very good service everytime i come here I get the best prices and service

I have been going to Dr. Lee for about 2 years for retinopathy. Based on my experience, I trust his excellence of care.

Doctor's optical has a calm, clean setting with friendly, patient and professional staff. They have an excellent selection of top quality frames that is neither too overwhelming nor expensive. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful picking out the perfect frame. Delivery time is quick and the staff takes time to fit the glasses properly. This is a great place to go for high quality glasses.

They are extremely precise in their fitting and dispensing. Best-made lenses I've had. Good selection of frames, too.

This is the best place to go for glasses. They have a great selection and the two people who work there are incredibly helpful...they fully understand customer service. Great environment, great staff, great product!

They gave me the wrong date for my appointment. Had to wait a month to or the next one. Then ordered glasses and frames. Waited 2 weeks for those and found out that they forgot the transition on the lenses which I paid for. Now it's going to be another 2 weeks before I get my glasses. Provided these are correct.

What an amazing practice! I needed to get in to see an ophthalmologist ASAP and I called here and was able to get in right away as a new patient. Each staff member I encountered, from the Receptionist and Front Desk team to the Assistants and Doctor, were so welcoming and caring. The Doctor was extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. The office space itself is updated, beautiful and super clean. I'd definitely recommend this practice and will bring my family there as well.

I am so disappointed right now I called to see if they could fax my Rx to Sam for contact and I have never been treated so poorly. One of the optical techs hung up on me and when I talked to the office manager she said that the optical tech said I was yelling at her of course after saying I wasn’t yelling she started getting annoyed with me while I was explaining what happened. I asked more than once to speak with the doctor that I paid very good money to already for an contact exam they said they would have her call me if she got time we’re going on day two which my glasses and contacts have changed quite a bit and I cannot see you right now. Make sure if you choose to get your exams here you get all of you prescriptions everything you need before you pay or you won’t be getting it. I believe because I’m not getting my contacts through them they’re unwilling to help me. Not sure if the doctors gonna help me or not because she won’t return my phone call or she’s not getting my request of a phone call. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before I went and spent all this money to get my Contacts fitted through them I would’ve thought differently and went somewhere else that has a higher rating for sure. I’ve never been so mistreated from a doctors office before very disappointed if the problem is fixed and I am treated as I should for being a customer I will change my rating and explain what happened more.
