I've been visiting them for at least 4+ years. The staff is lovely and they take good care of my eyes. Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Sherry Audycki however the office's ability to communicate is horrible. I've never had an optometrist office send out a "you're overdue" message 2 months after I'm due for an exam and then tell me they're booking 3months out making it impossible for me to reorder contacts when needed due to ridiculous state law. A law they never bothered to tell me about as a new contact wearer. Had I been aware of the law I would have been more on top of scheduling my annual exam. Also would've made it much easier if their system sent out automated appt reminders prior to being due rather than sending a "you're overdue" message 2 months after a patient is due. Every office I've been to in the past ALWAYS sent a reminder to schedule 1-2 months prior to me being due for an exam. It's a shame because I really like Dr. Audycki, she's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

The surgery itself was not fun, but quick. Dr. Lusby was extremely kind and thorough. I did not expect to be so loopy from the Xanax, which was given to me shortly before the surgery, so I am grateful that Nelly was there to care for me pre and post surgery. She offered a lot of support and information to me and my daughter about what to expect during the next 24hrs of my recovery, which was invaluable. Had she not been so clear and descriptive, I likely would have been in distress about the discomfort that I experienced following the surgery. Not that it was painful, just inexplicably unpleasant. The only thing that I would add, is that you pre-plan to have someone at home to make sure you eat and take your medication before you fall asleep. Apparently I was being a bit stubborn… Thank you Dr. Lusby, Nelly, and entire NVison Torrance staff!! It’s one day after my surgery, and I am beyond thrilled with my results.

My hispanic mother went and the white man at the front desk didn't greet her, looked her up and down, gave attitude, rushed when choosing glasses, but greeted and smiled at the next (white) people that walked in, I looked through these reviews at noticed everyone who has had a good experience is predominantly white. Only went because it was the only placed near accepting her insurance. Would not recommend this place unless you're white.

Dr. Adrian Pop is an excellent Doctor in Optometry! His outstanding professional care, patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness, and all of his personnel, made my experience in his office a very unique and pleasant one. It has been a blessing for me to know Dr Pop and to be under his excellent medical care. I'm very happy with my new glasses! Dr. Pop made sure they not only help me to see better, but also to treat my neurological problems. -I've never had this kind of neurolenses before! I'm very grateful! I don't have enough words to thank Dr Pop, Gloria, Janette, Vio, Florina and Olivia for their valuable help and kindness. All of them made me feel very welcome from the very beginning. I highly recommend Dr. Adrian Pop!

Talk about a phenomenal experience. I was extremely happy with Dr. Patel's bedside manner and knowledge. The exam went smoothly and her recommendations were spot on. My eyes are more comfortable than they have been in years. 5 stars for sure.

Friendly staff and many beautiful options for glasses available. I am very picky and was able to find my pair here with the help of the attendant who was very nice and helpful despite me getting there a few minutes before they closed. I was able to pick them up the very next day which was great as many other places that I tried before told me I had to wait a week to get them. Definitely recommend
