Would have liked to have given a higher rating but after today's encounter with one of their staff members I will not. Our visit went well, even though there was an issue with our appt. The staff that were there were very professional, friendly and provided outstanding customer service. That was, until we were leaving. This portly blonde staff member walked in and rolled her eyes at me, 1st thing. I watched her as she walked behind the counter, shocked to see that she was an employee who worked there with such a nasty attitude. I got up to speak with my daughter and did not see that the other receptionist who had checked me in had left. That heavy set nightmare was sitting in her place. I politely said Thank you so much and to have a good evening. She rolled her nasty eyes at me again! And...mumbled yeah whatever. She is so lucky that all I did was give her a dirty look and said alright then don't. I called to report her as soon as I got home AND LOW AND BEHOLD, there are some other similar complaints about this atrocious employee. Hope they learn their lesson and toss her out to find a more suitable job for her dumpster, unprofessional and ogre attitude.

My fiancé & I returned back seeing as they had all our previous information. After coming back a second time I can honestly say it has improved ALOT:) we had a wonderful experience and a nice gentleman & young lady helped us out as well as being patient with us. Definitely glad we decided to give it a second chance. The Doctor is an absolute delight to talk to and everyone is very welcoming and understanding. Thank you for a great experience

turned my husband away after a non specified missed appointment, we had no one else and it was truly an emergency, I was surprised at how un-ethical my husband was treated by this place. very disappointing.

Not crazy about this doctor, but his office staff is even worse! They don’t know what they’re doing. They quoted me three different prices in two minutes for the same visit. They won’t give you a printout of what you’re paying for. They sit there and jabber with each other in a language other than English. I’m not against other languages. I am a foreign language teacher, but in an office setting, it’s very unprofessional. And yes, like someone else mentioned, they keep you waiting forever. I’m going to look for a new doctor.

Even during all this Covid fiasco, I found the service in this office to be top notch and very efficient, even with trainees from a local business college on board. No waiting on the phone, in house or in being seen by Dr. Lenser. I appreciated that there were no surprises with him during my two cataract surgery pre- and post-appointments. I was given an overview of what would happen, what lens choices I had and the differences they would give as well as any charges (since I chose the "Cadillac" of lenses). I was even told by his office staff that my insurance would no longer cover the surgical suite, though I had previous authorization before the rule went into effect. Surgery was quick and efficient with results of 20/20 after a lifetime of wearing glasses. I am extremely pleased with the way my patient care was handled and with the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Brian Lenser to anyone.

All about the $$$$. Will overcharge your insurance and God forbid you use HSA funds because they make it such a hassle to get your money back. Very unprofessional behavior in front of other patients. Like it was my fault they overcharged my insurance. I was ok the first couple times, but after the 3rd one was a large amount...I said no ..I want my $$ back. The desk staff was nice and apologetic though. He needs to retire if you can't be nice to your patients. Reporting to my insurance as well.
