I used to see Dr. Brooks, he then he sold the practice :( . The new owner is really nice and just as great as Dr. Brooks, but the front desk not as friendly. Thought it was a bad day and tried to schedule again for my yearly follow up. But the front desk is still the same unfortunately 1 year later. Once again I LOVED the new owner eye provider!! Check it out definitely, just a heads up if you want the same energy from start to finish.

We moved to the area last year and needed to find an optometrist. I accidentally bent my glasses so I started looking. My experience was superb. They straightened my glasses and I was able to make an appointment for my exam the same day. Dr. Thatcher uses state of the art equipment. She is very thorough and takes time to explain her findings. My wife has her appointment this morning!

Worst experience ever! The guy with beard and ball head made me feel very uncomfortable and aggressive with my 11 yr old I think it's our last time here. He's very extremely rude not very professional at all. We don't accept your insurance type for glasses while laughing... I can purchase my son glasses anywhere cash is accepted.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON THE OPTICAL SIDE. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO FILL OUT A REPAIR FORM AT ANY OTHER OPTICAL PLACE IN ODESSA OR MIDLAND. AND BE TOLD THEY WILL BE READY BY 4PM FOR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A NOSE PAD REPLACEMEANT. THE LADY IN THE OPTICAL SIDE ADV SHE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS ON THE OPTOMETRIST SIDE. BEFORE SHE COULD HELP A WALK IN CUSTOMER AND THAT COMMENT WAS UNCALLED FOR, ITS NOT LIKE SHE WAS GONNA DO IT FOR FREE . THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAS THAT I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THAT OFFICE. I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW OPTOMETRIST BUT IT WILL NOT BE 20/20 OPTICAL. DR MUNOZ YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WE HAVE MANY OPTIONS IN ODESSA MIDLAND

Best decision ever! The office staff were so nice and helpful with all the questions I asked. Dr. Rothman explained every step and even though I was very nervous I was very confident in him to take care of my eyes. Thank you LON!

Dr Salamone was professional, courteous and patient throughout the entire visit. He relayed some details concerning my vision care that I found to be very helpful. The staff too was very professional and friendly. All in all, my experience was a good one.

I've been going to Dr. Reingold since 2012. This March of 2022 I got lasik and it was the best decision I've ever made.

All the staff are very attentive and care about your experience. Shout out to Dr.Kyle and his office staff. Great experience and I will definitely return.
