All about the $$$$. Will overcharge your insurance and God forbid you use HSA funds because they make it such a hassle to get your money back. Very unprofessional behavior in front of other patients. Like it was my fault they overcharged my insurance. I was ok the first couple times, but after the 3rd one was a large amount...I said no ..I want my $$ back. The desk staff was nice and apologetic though. He needs to retire if you can't be nice to your patients. Reporting to my insurance as well.

They sold me a pair of Versace Glasses that are to small (for a teenage) and would not let me exchange them. They said I had them to long. I guess 2 weeks was to long. It's not like people can go out and buy eye glasses for everyday of the week, I hope y'all understand. I'm a senior and very disappointed. The doctor was good, but the ladies up front have a lot to learn. And so do I. I have had nothing but trouble with these glasses and still paying $ for them. I even notify Versace them self, and there is nothing they can do. Be a where of shadiness.

I paid roughly 300 for my glasses. They couldnt replace the frames that were bent which is understandable but said they could fix them. The frame is still sticking out from where it should be holding the lens and they are crooked on my face. They replaced the nose pads though. If you want quality glasses look elsewhere. I bought the "unbreakable" flexi ones.
EDIT: Nosepads fell off too.

I love working here!!!! I make it possible for patients to see out of their frames they've picked from the large variety of eyewear displayed.

Horrible experience today, from the "specialist" telling my autistic son to be quiet and lower his tablet, which was not loud, to her telling my other autistic son he needs to pay attention and behave. She continously made rude gestures, sounds, held her head, and rolled her eyes. She was so rude, impatient, unempathetic, and extremely unprofessional. Will never go there again. Avoid seeing Nahid Abdali, extremely rude and unprofessional.

Dr was fantastic, I could tell she loved her job. Very relaxing and relatable!
Young man was great, friendly, z as bd efficient.
Tina was wonderful in explaining the difference with the progressive.
I felt like I was home. Caring and lovely staff!
