Have been going here for years and I love their service. The staff is fantastic and Dr. Lim is great! I always feel great visiting them and have an amazing experience! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This Dr's office will not give you your records as a patient. According to them, they are a paperless office, they say because of HIPPA rules they cannot email my own records to me and request I pay $50 to get paper copies. This is the most ridiculous and outrageous thing I've ever heard from a treatment facility.

The staff is excellent and they were able to easily accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend this location.

Apointment at 12pm. Came in at 11:45 like a goood human. After over an hour at 1:10 I was moved to a room for some initial diagnosis and moved back to a waiting area in the back. Im here with other people dealing with the same thing. 2pm is around the corner and My eye still has a metal chip in it. Unacceptable

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. The check in office lady was great, friendly and helpful. Dr Jwo’s assistant Lily was great and friendly. Dr Jwo was outstanding he put me at ease, fully explained everything and made sure I had no questions unanswered. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The exam was thorough and complete. This was a good experience, I highly recommend their office and people.

I've been going to Dr. Huynh for nearly a decade. She's extremely thorough and professional. I highly recommend her.

Just the worst. So rude. Left my daughter crying for hours, and, honestly, she probably has psychological scars for life because of the way you treated her. Dr Tran has worst bedside manor imaginable. And the local Cedar Park/ Round Rock doctor community knows it. Dr Tran, here’s a dose of your own medicine: Get some training in how to deal with patients. No one should have you on their staff until you do some serious work on yourself.

I discovered this doctor through my union insurance website. I choose it due to the convenience of the location. When I phoned for an appointment I discovered the phone number was the same but a different doctor. I'm truly happy to say the union misinformation worked out wonderful for me. Everyone was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Xu did a complete examination and took the time to explain everything that is causing my difficulty seeing and recommended what needs to be done as follow-up. If it was possible I would give 10 stars. I highly recommend Insight Ophthalmology.

I had a wonderful experience with Anum and AC! I’m very indecisive when it comes to glasses, however they both helped me pick the right frame that was within my budget! They were very proactive and friendly, and were a big help!

Dr. Neibaur was great but the wait time was NOT GREAT! My appointment was at 1:10 pm & I got called in at 2:10 & didn’t get out of there till after 3:00. Beings I live and hour & 45 minutes away I had made another appointment @ 3:00 in Henderson which I had to cancel & now have to drive back in to make up that appt.!!

Dr. Kevin Russell is simply the best there is. I have been a patient since I was 8 years old and even continue to come see him at whatever location he may be working at after moving out of state. He always explains everything so thoroughly, especially with my astigmatism. Stop looking and make the call for an appointment, you will be so happy you did! :)
