My son woke up with a very painful eye this morning, Dr Zardo was able to see him right away, turns out it was a piece of metal. We attempted to call several other offices who turned us down. He is a tattooist and needs his vision!! Thank you Dr Zardo for your kindness and professionalism !! You will come highly recommended in our family!!

This office doesn't ever answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Very disappointing.

At first glance of the office, I didn't expect much. However, when I entered the office, it was clean and all the people were nice and professional. There was a wait, but today with all the money going to insurance not the doctors, that is to be expected. The exam was quite thorough. I am pleased with the service and the people. Thank you

I paid 200$ for progressive lens and Med-Cal paid for my frame! The frame broke while I was removing the glasses! I contacted Dr Portillo's office and was told that my frame would be replace or that some other arrangement would be made. A week went by and I didn't hear from the office! Several weeks have passed by and I still haven't heard anything from the office! I shouldn't have to call more than twice to have my frame replaced! I did call again and was told that the frame hadn't been delivered to the office yet! I now believe that Dr Portillo has no intentions of placing my frame!

Always a great experience from Dr. Kajioka to his staff. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Most of the staff has been with the Dr. for years this tells me it's a great place to work and gives me confidence in the Dr. and his staff!!

I have been going to Dr. Kajioka for 20 years. He is very good at finetuning my prescription. His office is very efficient and the Staff are like friends. I haven’t had any problems with my eyeglasses being made through their office. They help in frame selection and the frames are great quality. I highly recommend him and his office.

Beyond pleased! I booked an appointment for a routine check-up found out I needed glasses, the entire process was smooth and bump free. From the the receptionists, to the doctor, to the technicians. I have gone to other optometrists and by far this one is the best. What I loved the most is that you could feel the genuine concern from the doctor when it came to my vision, however, he did not once push that I purchase glasses. He gave me multiple options and that I appreciated so much. I will be going back for my yearly check-ups. I found a practice I can stick with. Thank you :)

I have been going here since I was about 12 years old and I cannot say enough about the doctors and staff. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly! The frame selection is also amazing and varies in price so you can always find something that fits your budget. My son and I both have vision issues so I just make our appts together for convenience and it always works out so well. You never wait for long and you truly get the most quality and compassionate service every time! 🤩
