Dr. DiLoreto was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Everything was done with precision and proficiency yet we never felt rushed. My husband and I cannot recommend this place enough. His assistant, Samantha, completed the experience.

My family had a very pleasant experience here. I was searching for a new eye doctor for my family. One that could see both adults and children. I was frustrated with my eye doc office and the service i received at the pediatric eye doc was horrible. So happy I found Dr Busby office. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The doctor was extremely thorough with my daughters exam. Answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed, I didnt have a long wait time like most offices where you make an appt and wait for hours. The office was clean, spacious and not crowded. And i loved that it was a one stop shop because we were able to select glasses too. They had a great selection of frames to choose from. Even booking my appointment was easy. The staff was attentive and accommodating and gave my daughter a nice gift after her appointment. I would highly recommend. My husband and I will be returning for our eye exams.

I am here now waiting on doctor. Girl in front was so rude and not helpful. I’m not sure if she’s having a bad day or what’s going on. She sets the tone of the whole visit, now I’m irritated and ready to go. Which is making my appointment seem long. I have no idea why people have receptionist jobs and can’t be nice and welcoming to their patients, customers. That’s the whole point of your job. This is my first time coming to the eye doctor, I have been paying for insurance for 4 years and never used it. Needless to say I hope I don’t have to come back here. Someone needs to have a serious talk with her. Update: I seen the DR and he was so nice, he explained everything to me thoroughly. I had mentioned how the girl seemed she was having a bad day and he said she was having some issues with just getting over a stomach bug. I am so happy I brought it up to him and he apologized. I hate that she had a stomach bug, but I am happy that there was an excuse. SO I am changing this review to 5 stars. She even called me to apologize!!! WOW, I am blown away. Great Doctor, great service one of kind.

Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful and rude people. I called to see if my child’s glasses were ready for pick up (over 3 weeks later) and they originally put me on hold for 1 hour and 6 minutes then hung up. I called 3 more times and was place on hold immediately. For 10 or more minutes. After the 4 call they immediately hung up on me. Then I called from my husband phone where they answered to say they were busy and hung up again. I called back multiple times after that and they kept answering and hanging up. Honestly this is just ridiculous. I’ll never EVER spend money with them again.

Read the review before I go there without an appointment. It is a small shop and has 4 staff running there. They are pretty busy and the space becomes crowded once you have 3-4 clients at the same time. I paid $30 for DMV test and added another $30 for a vision test. Finished everything in half an hour which the first 20 mins I was waiting for other people in front of me. Nothing to complain compared with the one I did before at Costco center. I have to book an appointment after I wasted my first visit since too many people there and paid $70 just for a vision test.

I had an outstanding experience starting with the scheduler and friendly receptionist followed by very efficient support staff to Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang listened to me, interacted, reviewed test results, and then summarized in detail a plan of action for me to follow. I’ve been to a number of eyecare facilities and give the staff here a five-star rating. Thanks to all.

Cheap and super fast to pick up my new frames! Probably best lenses I've had and I've been to many many places that cost a bunch.

I would agree with others' comments about over scheduling. This office is very busy and definitely has a rushed vibe. Techs are also a bit rude. If you don't want to sit in a waiting room and waste a bunch of time, I'd go somewhere else.

ECA off Lorna Road in Hoover is a terrific eye care service provider. I am always impressed by the quality of their exams and their integrity. They never try to sell me products that I do not need. I recommend them with confidence.

Valerie was SO VERY HELPFUL and kind as well as thorough. I had a good experience while I was there. I will definitely return for all my future glasses needs!
