The only bad part about having Kaiser Insurance is having to deal with their Vision Center. Sarah is literally awful. Customer service? Don’t know her! Being kind to your patients goes a long way no matter the situation. I’ve also had them order glasses for me and they showed up in the wrong color. They tried to gaslight me that I ordered red glasses? I didn’t. I ordered brown just like the display model that I tried on but ok. I had to escalate the issue with the manager although that isn’t saying much because he wasn’t as helpful. Overall, steer clear of here if you can. I will be getting a different vision plan next year and pay an additional monthly fee just to avoid this nightmare of a place… maybe recommend this place to your worst enemy.

Sarah, or whatever her name is, the one with the tacky blue eye shadow, did not schedule me correctly and had me waiting for so long just to tell me to reschedule a month later. Seriously?? We are paying such a high premium for the service and unprofessionalism to be this horrible. I don’t mind waiting, but for them to tell me to reschedule cuz they cannot do their job properly? Unacceptable.

The optical shop on the 3rd floor of this hospital is a very bad place. The service is extremely bad. The staff is lazy and unprofessional. My son's glasses were mistaken for three times by them. I will never come to this place again, and there is racial discrimination. Do not recommend this place!

I’ve been going here for years. Loved the place. Now that I have medi-cal they won’t see me. No loyalty towards patients only dollar signs. Besides the older Dr. Elliott passed away anyways. I just can’t believe they would do this to me after all these years! All the extra money I’ve spent here! WHAT A WASTE!

Dr. Ed Elliot is excellent, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have a large variety of testing equipment. The staff is also knowledgeable. The office manager is very helpful. It seems their prices on frames and lenses are on the high side, even with insurance.

Both myself and my spouse have gone here for several years. The service is good, the testing is extensive. Not a huge selection of frames, but we've found something we liked every year we've gone.

I’ve been coming to this office for a long time. I apologize I don’t remember the previous doctor’s name before Dr. Ortega, but I was always pleased with the service. Then I saw Dr. Ortega a few times and she’s been great, and my most recent visit I saw Dr. Nuccio (he introduced himself as Ed). He is a great addition to this already wonderful office. He’s professional and personable. Great staff, always happy with my service.

Went here and got my eyes checked and had great service and loved Dr Nuccio he was very respectful and helpful and was outgoing, i love going here !

My glasses work perfect. Dr Wilson worked hard to diagnose and he made it right. Thanks to all.
