This place is the worst! I had to reschedule my appointment because my mother in-law was in the hospital dying! But they said that things happen, and that I had to wait 2 more months!

No coverage for military. No tricare

I've gone to Dr Larsson since high school, my dad came here for years before he passed. Dr Larsson is truly wonderful, my dad had a tricky astigmatism that Costco and another local optometry place couldn't quite figure out to make him optimally comfortable in contacts but Dr Larssons first try was the most comfortable he felt in years. She is always kind, patient. The best in the central, I am currently grieving because I moved to bay area and had to see someone else. After all these years I called to see if they could send me an old prescription to take to my neurologist to see how my eyes declined over time, and they found it and graciously sent it to me. Forever will sing my praises about this practice!

I had my first appointment here today...... It will NOT be my last! Dr. Larrson is wonderful!!! She is down to earth and kind! Crystal is such a sweetheart. If you need an eye exam..... I would not hesitate to highly recommend this office!!!

Receptionists could use some friendly customer service training! Phone call are put on hold for over 30min then when it's you turn you hear a recording saying they will call back, they might call you 2 months later as they did me! Manteca office does the same. This is horrible service, so annoying and time wasteful! You can never get information.

Waited months for appointment showed up early as asked and waited over an hour to get called in back room. And they don’t fill up all their back rooms. And people after us were seen sooner than us. Already took time out of work for this and lost more out of pocket. Had to give 1 star for this review to get posted
