I can't say enough good things about this optometrist's practice. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The appointment scheduling was easy, and I was seen promptly. The optometrist was thorough and explained every step of the eye examination process. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent recommendations for contact lenses. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

Hours suck, do Better! How are you not open on a Monday? I’ve been without sight for days expecting vision at the start of the week. Other than that doing business with them is fine.

Dr. Zollman is the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen! He was patient, kind, and reassuring during my scary diagnosis! He was persistent in recommending additional blood work to help figure out the alarming damage in my eyes and what was causing it! Because of him, I now know more about my health and my current autoimmune disease. He is worth the wait and time! Thank you again Dr. Zollman!

I wish I could give this 5 stars. The doctor and one of the assistants were very nice and deserve 10/5 stars. The lady who was at the front desk today was extremely rude and would not take the insurance we gave. She kept insisting that they don't take medicaid for contacts, but we don't have medicaid. I kept explaining to her that we have a private insurance that it was not at all a medicaid insurance. She rephrased how medicaid won't cover it at least 4 times. She would not take the other female assistant's word after she ran the insurance herself. After finally conceding and taking my more than valid insurance, she never apologized. I'll go another place next time if she is still there. It's a shame really. The dyed blonde lady and the doctor were great. The darker haired lady was unpleasant from start to finish. Thanks

My strongest complaint is that the phone system is not practical for patients with low/poor vision. It is near impossible to respond using just the keypad. The response options should allow for voice response as well as keypad. My Mom has canceled appointments accidentally because she can't see which key she is pressing.

Been bringing our daughter here for over 35 years we have had some issues in the past but today we get here and someone decided it was a good idea to square parking spaces instead of angle so now it is much more difficult to park in the parking deck. And with limited ada entrances makes no since for a hospital that is an eye hospital and not having a designated patient unload area in the parking deck area so as for the hospital experience I figured 5 starts then for administration ideas of making parking deck square I subtracted 2 stars giving a final tally of 3 stars

I recently went to see Dr. Kohen for dry eye treatment, and my eyes have never felt better. She provided the best care—she was attentive, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. Also, Meredith at the front desk made booking my appointment a breeze. She’s friendly, organized, and kept everything clear and simple. Great experience all around! If you're looking for great eye care, this is the place and Dr. Kohen is who you want to see.

Dr Kligman did all my cataract and other related surgeries He is a caring and pleasant man and I felt comfortable with him as my Doctor. He answered all my questions. I was pleased with the office staff and the surgery facility. I would recommend him. He is knowledgeable and would explain anything I needed to understand in words that were easy to understand.

Great services! I like their selections too. I got a pair of beautiful glasses there! It looks awesome on me!

We have been coming here for the past 2 years, never had any problems. The doctors and staff are really kind, also the equipments are really impressive and high end models. I can say this is the best Optometry I have ever went to.
