Yasmine and Diane were VERY patient with me, extremely helpful and honest!! They made picking out frames painless! I always dread picking out frames and this process was actually fun!!

Very personable, professional, and friendly. The employees have a vast knowledge for the fit of the glasses, and where to place my trifocals. I really like them, and I will continue to come to this facility!

Called and made an appointment over the phone with some guy. Asked about an exam for dmv. He assured I would be able to come in and just do exam out of pocket. Showed up for appointment. A gal said that wasn't true, had to buy glasses and couldn't just do exam. So I said bye Felisha and walked out. That was unfortunate but only for them. I went to Costco and paid $100 for exam and dilation. Just disappointed by time wasted by business because time can't be refunded.

This place is a joke. They reel you with their ad that shows 2 pairs of glasses for $79 and then tell you that you don't qualify for it so you have to pay full price. I have no insurance and don't make any money , how do I not qualify? The employees are rude beyond belief. They never call you to let you know your items are ready for pickup. And their call center is even more of a joke!! You can hardly understand any of them due to their heavy accents and they provide invalid information. When trying to find a complain I was hung up on. Just save yourself the headache & choose a different eye care center for all your needs. Thank me later! 😁

I noticed yesterday that my son was struggling to see, so today we took a trip to Stanton Optical. Our walk-in apt had about a 5 minute wait. The staff were all friendly and worked well with my son. I have to shout out Luis P. who saw how much my son wanted frames that were not on sale. He gave us a fantastic deal and did it with a smile! Would definitely recommend taking your kiddos here (especially if they're nervous about getting glasses).

I had a great experience with my son I was able to get my exam and glasses same day. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I did notice that they were understaffed. Lena was the person who assisted and did not have any help on the floor whatsoever. She had to attend to all the incoming customers as well as help people with frames and I truly feel on the weekends Stanton should definitely consider getting extra help. it puts a lot of pressure for one person especially when you have to have a sit down to discuss payment options and have to get a key at least 10 to 15 minutes of your time for each customer. Besides that the customer service was amazing and Lena did all she could to help us pick the right frames for the right price. Thank you I will definitely recommend other to your location.

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and the doctor is excellent. I love the treatment and patience they give and have with my daughter. She is 6 years old, she is autistic and the staff as well as the doctor do everything possible to make her feel comfortable in the exams. Thank you for your service. 100% recommended.

First time visit. Very friendly, Dr. was awesome with our 3yr old. We were in and out no over booking like other places! We are very lucky to find an excellent pediatric eye doctor in Modesto.

I am a mother of 3 and they accommodated us with great service. They are all nice and helpful. My daughter was a bit nervous and they made her feel so comfortable. I appreciate them so much. And all there appointments were all on time. We found our family eye doctor.

Always a positive experience for that last 20 years! Staff are very polite, professional , helpful. Smiles everywhere you look. The office is always clean. There’s hardly any wait time and they’re very systematic. I can’t afford to lose Dr, Kennedy. I’ll change insurance if I have to.

Dr, Kennedy has been our family's Optometrist for 20+ years and has done a great job! I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have an optometrist who is thorough in his work. Compassionate and professional. Furthermore, he has great knowledge and experience! My hubby got his prescription glasses and bought his frame at Dr. Kennedy's office. Stylish and durable!
