Don't go to this office. Poorly staffed, outdated and rude. They don't even answer the phone professionally.

Don’t that’s all I’m going to say

I kept telling Dr Redding it was so blurry, I couldn't tell which lens was clearer. He would not listen. He would not increase the strength. I left with a prescription for 150 lenses. I have been wearing 250 lenses for years and need something stronger. Dr Redding also says I don't need corrective lenses to drive but I can't pass my vision test at the DMV. Total waste of time and I have been arguing with insurance for 6 weeks now. They don't want to pay for another exam. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO, NOT DRIVE FOR A YEAR???

Just moved here so I tried contacting this office to schedule appoints for my 3 daughters. 2 of whom already have glasses, but it was for their annual check up. First call back for scheduling I was told I needed an authorization prior. I … More

I was referred here by my doctor and a week later still no call. I even called the office and was told someone will get back to me. Still nothing. Will have to look elsewhere. If this is the experience and Im not even a patient yet, it will most likely be the same as a patient.

Melissa, and Karla were very Helpful and polite and courteous to me.. way better than Stanton optical.. Love ❤️ my new glasses they are my favorite ones I have ever had in my life 😍.. Karla,and Melissa made me feel like I was important. I would refer others to Eyeglass World 🌎 to everyone I know. I came from Riverbank California to their Modesto California office well worth the time effort and enjoyed talking to them. Keep up the great job.

Had a great experience thanks to Maria she helped me and my fiancé find the perfect glasses and made sure to get us a good price all while being very welcoming. Maria had the best customer service and made the whole experience extremely easy for us I really do recommend coming here. Will be coming back with the whole family.

I had come in the other day for some new glasses I had Stephanie help me with my transaction and Melissa help me with picking out my glass. They were both super nice and welcoming. They really made sure that the glasses I was picking out fit my face well and look good on me as well. I’m super happy with my new glasses and I appreciate both of their help. Overall great staff and they are amazing.

Friendly staff, clean office, easy parking and the Dr. seems knowledgeable. The problem is, they seem to majorly overbook patients since this place is very busy. Arriving on time (or early) for an appointment won't keep you from waiting. Even simple things like an eye pressure check can take HOURS here. Prepare to waste a good chunk of your day if you have to visit.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The office staff is completely ignorant of what is happening and they are clearly overworked. At my initial visit the doctor he seemed very sterile and impersonal. I was having trouble with one of my eyes so I decided to give the office one more chance. After waiting for almost two months for my appointment, on the day I went in for my laser procedure the wrong procedure was written on the paperwork. One staff member blamed another and then I had to wait to talk to the doctor to see what was going to happen with my appointment because the receptionist had no idea what I was supposed to be there for. The office was extremely busy and I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time without seeing the doctor. I had received inconsistent information regardning my pre-op and no information regardning my post-op and in the end, I ended up leaving because I no longer felt comfortable with the idea of this doctor and his staff performing an irreversible procedure on my eye. I would rather travel back to Arizona to see my eye doctor than see this office for anything.

The doctor was great. But definitely needs to train better staff. One put the wrong thing in my eye. She was very belligerent when I questioned her. The staff makes the first impression of any office.
