South Bay Eye Institute has been our ophthalmologists for the last 25 years. Dr. Joshi and staff are professional and very accommodating. Sure there are times that the wait is long- more than 30 minutes but the which medical office doesn’t have wait times. Thank you Dr. Joshi and staff!

Can't say enough good things. Went in with a severe case of Conjunctivitis.Dr Roberts saw me quickly and was very understanding. That night when I had trouble getting the meds I called the after hours line and Joan was amazing. Calling around to find a pharmacy for me. The follow up visits with Dr Roberts and the were staff were amazing. Everyone remembers you asks how you're doing. Highest possible positive s. If there were 6 stars I'd do it.

I am super happy to have found Dr. Farzad. He put my mind at ease. He explained everything in easy terms was warm and generous in his personality and made sure my child was well taken care of. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Singerman has done an excellent job over several years in treating the macular degeneration in my right eye. I am very grateful for his expertise in treating me and for his dedication to conducting extensive research in the field.

Excellent service provided by Assistant Manager Renaldo Mathias. The front desk sales associate was also quite pleasant. I visited the store just before 11AM for new eye glasses.

Making an appointment with The Eye Doctors is fast and easy. Dr Rodriquez is very kind, thorough and unrushed during my visits. He gives me the time I need to get my vision issues addressed. Would highly recommend this practice to all my family and friends.

I had a terrible experience with Pearle Vision and I will never go back there. I ordered new lenses for my glasses on 08/01 and they said it would take a few weeks for them to be ready. I called them after 3 weeks to check on the status of my order, but they said they had not received the lenses from the lab yet. I went on vacation and came back in late September. I called them again and they said they had to check with the lab and they would call me back. They never did. I called them the next day and they said the lab had broken the frame and they needed a new one. They said they would update me, but they never did. I was fed up with their lack of communication and customer service, so I called them to cancel the order and get a refund. They gave me all kinds of excuses and did not process my request. I decided to go to the store in person to get my refund. The receptionist was nice, but she said she could not process refunds and the manager was not there. She said he would be there the next day. I told her I wanted my refund today, after waiting for 3 months for my order. I waited for an hour until the assistant manager came and gave me my refund. I don't care about the frame being broken or the delays. I care about how they treated me as a customer and how they made it so hard to get a refund for something I never received.

I have seen Dr. Maybury many times and have always had positive visits. I hesitated to make an appointment with a different doctor because he was not working on the day I called in for a same day appointment. I saw Dr. Choe and had an equally positive visit. They are both kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff has always been helpful. One even charged my cell phone with her charger with her personal equipment while I was with Dr. Choe and refilled the coffeemaker at 3:45 pm for me so I could have a cup of coffee. Anyone can have a bad day but I have not seen that there after about 10 years and 8 or so visits. I highly recommend Dr. Choe and Dr. Maybury. - David Escamilla, MD

I have dealt with Wendy for the last two years, I believe since having a whole new crew there... I love her, she is very pleasant and helpful. I will not go anywhere else for my optics. Wendy is awesome!
