They sold me some glasses that don’t work for me and they don’t want to refund me so now I have $200 useless glasses🙃 …

Love this store. Second time buying glasses, and it’s always smooth. Joy is a very sweet and professional lady. Go and get your glasses there, you won’t regret it.

Dr.Lee is great! The staff is also super kind and friendly and whenever I have to get my glasses adjusted they don’t mind ! I come quiet frequently & am never seen as a bother which I appreciate . Always get my questions answered and scheduled accommodated especially since I don’t live in town & have to make the drive to come here . But it’s worth it :) . Shabeena is one of the ladies who helped me in the process with purchasing new glasses and she was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait for my new glasses to come in! Definitely recommend this Lens Crafters location !

Joy has been very helpful, transparent and very patient with my questions. I have no understanding with insurance and vision knowledge but really clarified everything for me. Also gave me honest real life reviews of glasses I was considering So i was able to select the ones that fit my lifestyle.

Dr. Nuccio, was very kind. I was so happy with my visit with him. Through out the years I have mentioned how I cannot see to put on makeup, and Dr. Nucccio right away mentioned makeup glasses. He even went as far as looking up which ones would be suitable for my eyesight. Thank you Dr Nuccio.

My daughter is 15 she’s been going here since about 6 months old. I’ve always been able to just deal with the long wait times and his rude manner because other ophthalmologists said he’s the best around for children with her condition. HOWEVER this last visit I waited over 2 hours and it ended with him telling me, he was no longer writing prescriptions so she could get new lenses. Only reason this isn’t one star is because there’s a very sweet and friendly that’s always been kind to us for YEARS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never go to her again. I would never recommend her to anyone. It was the worst experience ever.
