I came here a couple months ago and forgot to leave a review, but I adore this place. Dr. Marcaccio is just as great as she was when I was a kid, professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic at explaining medical issues in a way that average folk can understand. The rest of the staff there are also incredible. The receptionist, Margie, was very kind to me. I’m gender non-conforming, and not a one of the staff was weird about it at all, which is very unusual when it comes to medical situations. Good people, great care. My glasses work great and there’s a good selection of frames.

This was my first visit and I was really pleased. I felt listened to and everyone was very nice. Dr. Hulst was confident and not pushy and I didn’t feel rushed. It was a great visit!

Cataract lens installed very well by Dr. Parley Fillmore. Free transport to surgery a plus. Dr. Johnson was respectful to me as patient, before and after surgery. Overall very satisfied with the experience. No problem with financial or insurance. I am giving good reference for service by this healthcare provider. Also, staff at Valley Dr. Location very helpful and accommodating. Really happy with the results.

Got the eye exam over two weeks ago…that was a breeze and great experience. UNFORTUNATELY they do NOT deliver your glasses or contacts on time as promised. It’s easier to go to Warby Parker for your glasses, takes 6-10 days. They have more options, better frames and LESS $$$ as well.

Dr Fernandez is the best !!! I highly recommend her for Eye Exams She’s thorough& easy to talk to . Their new equipment at this location is top notch !!! The staff was also great when I was picking out my glasses !

My experience was easy and smooth from start to finish. Everyone was super nice and answered all questions especially the cost breakdown with insurance. My boyfriend needed glasses and contacts. Daniel was extremely helpful when choosing different options for his glasses as far as the transitions. When we picked them up yesterday, he was extremely helpful to get them fitted correctly, answered questions regarding his contacts, and even replaced the nose pads on his old glasses which he'll need to continue using for work. Everyone here made our experience easy and we will absolutely continue coming to this specific location!

My first pair of glasses did not have the correct prescription. I returned for a recheck exam. You would think I would have received a little preferential treatment during that visit. No, I was there for 1 1/2 hours. The revised glasses seemed ok in the store, but they are not ok. The prescription is still not right and I get a headache and slight nausea when wearing the glasses. No use returning. I will have to go elsewhere.

I have gone to Sactown Eyecare every two years for 6 years. I have always had excellent service and great glasses selections.
