I had my second eye cataract surgery with Dr. Omid yesterday. My vision is 20/20 right now in both eyes and I no longer need to wear glasses after wearing glasses for 20 years. Before the surgery, She explained every detail of the surgery and was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions. She even called me after my surgeries for a quick check up which not a lot of doctors do. Overall, she is amazing and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Nika Omid is a true expert in her field. I recently had surgery on both sides of my eyes, and her skill and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. She takes her obligation to her patients seriously, providing exceptional care before and after surgery. I'm grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her!"

As a patient advocate of many years, I have much experience with doctors and different facilities but the time spent with Dr. Omid has been an unforgettable experience. She and her office staff are attentive, professional, and thorough. The patient was very pleased with her experience and the knowledge she gained in her consultation with Dr. Omid. The doctor was patient, kind and very helpful to our personal circumstances. We could not be happier with her and the results of the procedure. The patient no longer needs glasses! The Staff at Parkview are all friendly and personable. I've been coming here for 3 years now and I love this place. Dr Vo is cool as a cucumber man.😂 Seriously though, they've got equipment that I've never seen before and I've worn glasses my whole life! Clean, well maintained environment. Great collection of frames to pick from but also great sense for face to frame fit. They offer real advice when having trouble. This place is so far from me, but I am a loyal patient!

Had the best eye appointment with Dr. Catherine Huang! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She was able to answer all of my questions and explain to me very clearly what was happening with my eye. She also gave me good recommendations on eye products and where I could source them easily. I highly recommend Dr. Huang to all my family and friends. The team at Parkview Optometry is also amazing. Gentle and friendly. This office knows what they are doing. Hands down, the best optometry office in Irvine!

Wonderful experience! This was my very first eye exam, and I went in to my appointment a little nervous not knowing what to expect. The entire staff is extremely kind and informative. They made my visit a seamless experience and I walked out a happy customer! The optometrist provided me with her recommendations, but did not feel pushy or tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They have tons of styles to try on and select which was definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend checking them out!

They have a great selection of frames and friendly and helpful customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost of the frames and lenses… much better than lens crafters or my optometrist! The purchasing experience was hassle free and quick too! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Awful experience, After making an appointment, providing my insurance information, I received at least 3 calls verifying I would show up on time. Arriving 15 min. earlier, I had to wait 30 min. before a nurse called my name and did some prep work. I had to wait another 20 min. for the Dr. Zahra Ghiasi to see me. All along, the nurses, the Dr. and receptionist talked loudly in Persian with no respect to none Persian speaking patients. I verified with the accountant that my insurance did cover all expenses. I was told to return the following week for measuring my eyes for glasses. Again, after making the appointment, receiving 3 calls to make sure I would be on time, I visited the Dr.'s office and this time had to wait more than 45 min. to be seen. When I objected and offered to return another day, Dr. left her other patient and rushed to see me. Because of my age, I am near sighted and Dr. verified that after her exam. She discussed different lenses and frames with me and I told her that I only want what is covered by my insurance since I do not use glasses at all and I was there for check-up only. I selected a frame verifying there was no out of pocket fees for it. As I was leaving, Dr. handed me a bill for $544.00 which I objected and she told me my insurance does not cover the costs. I told her your office verified my insurance before making the appointment and she promised to follow up with the insurance company the next day and inform me. However, I still had to pay the full amount before leaving her office. Reluctantly I gave them my AX card. Dr.'s office never called me back and when I called them, they told me my glasses are ready to be picked up but no word about insurance. I visited their office and again inquired about the charge. They said they are still investigating. It is been over a month and they have not gotten back to me. I will never go back to this facility.

My mom actually sees the Dr. and she likes her a lot but her billing manager needs some training on how to take care of their patients. My mom is having a lot of eyesight problems it is serious she went to appointment and didn’t see dr because they said she owed 2,000. From two years ago. She tried to explain she never got the bill nobody called her. So she wasn’t seen. The manager said she didn’t work there two years ago so she wasn’t willing to work with my mom, she’s 81 years old on a budget taking care of two disabled children what has happened to working with people. I’m very disappointed
