We received great care for my 6 month old and then again at 1 year old. The initial person who takes the information was great but also the Doctor. The wait times are very long but that's to be expected with dealing with babies/toddlers.

They texted me asking if I would like to come in early, but I couldn’t. I arrived five minutes after my appointment time and was told the doctor had already left. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

The service here is wonderful, I've had two very positive experiences. First, when purchasing my nephew's glasses. The turn around time was quick, there was no hard sell and the pick up was seamless. Today, Gregorio was incredibly helpful when I needed contacts the same day. He went out of his way and was very kind. I can't thank him enough! They carry a wide selection of cool frames and sunglasses but the service is what really makes this place great.

I’ve been doing my lashes with Celia at Manna Spa for a year now and I absolutely love her and her lashes. The lashes look really natural and in my opinion they’re the best lashes I’ve ever had. I also really like the ambiance as well-It’s very relaxing. The prices are great in comparison to most places in Miami. I would recommend you to try your next lash extensions with Celia 😁 You won’t regret it.

I would highly recommend Dr. Matthew Neale for any eye surgery you may need. I am a retired RN of 40 years and have never written a review before but feel compelled to do so in hopes it will lead anyone who needs eye surgery to Dr. Neale. He did my cataract surgery this week and it could not have gone better. The entire experience from my initial meeting with Dr. Neale and his staff, to the surgery and check up afterwards went beyond my expectations. I felt well educated about the procedure and well cared for thoughout the surgery which really helped to alleviate any anxiety I had. I would give greater than a 5 star rating if I could and am so thankful I had no complications and now have 20/20 vision. Thanks again to Dr. Neale and all the staff!!

What an amazing staff and experience. These people genuinely care about your well being. From the check in experience to seeing Dr. Kejbou this team was an A+! Something you don’t necessarily find anymore. I would highly recommended!

Never had my eyes checked so for an actual first experience everything went great. Front staff was nice and helpful, doctor was understanding of my concerns and had a lovely gal help me out picking my glasses. Overall super sweet people.

Doctors are great, scheduling not so much. This is the second time that my wait time to schedule surgery is taking forever to accomplish. I was brought to a waiting room, told to wait for someone to come out for scheduling, and have been here going on an hour now. I understand patience, however what is the deal here? Can we not at least communicate a long wait and/or schedule an appointment to schedule the surgery? This is awful as I am supposed to go back to work today and am sitting here waiting indefinitely. Follow up, schedulers were not even in today...not good at all.

Dr. Kronengold is the best and so is the staff. Highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.
