As someone who has worn glasses most of his life, Dr. Zacharia was the best optometrist I’ve seen so far. He has great bedside manners, addressing any concerns or questions (and I asked a lot) I had. It’s a relatively small space so there were not too many options for glass frames, but that wasn’t too big of an issue for me since I had two relatively new pairs, and I went primarily to get contacts. The contact lens fitting was also a great experience as well because he let me try a sample on and made sure that I was comfortable in them, even going as far as giving me two weeks worth of contacts to trial. Will be coming here from now.

I loved the service. The Dr was very informative she explained and recommended service for the present n long time care of my eyes. The staffs customer service was excellent beyond of any prior eyecate I have ever received. I will recommend this store to all I know and will definitely stop by to say hi when I shop. I am very pleased with my service.

My 94 year old Mother went in for a glaucoma evaluation. We were prepared for a long day of testing, but everyone was so efficient, friendly & professional that we didn’t even notice the time (it also took less time than we were expecting). We saw Dr. Kim Patel for this appointment and my Mother, who was nervous when arriving was instantly put at ease. Everyone from the receptionists to the techs and Dr. Patel herself was wonderful! We would definitely recommend them!

STAY AWAY!! DEFINITELY REPORTING TO THE MEDICAL BOARD!! HUSBAND LIKE WIFE!!! Horrible billing team and management. I love Dr. Barbour she’s an amazing doctor and am so grateful for her, she did an amazing job with my mothers eye surgery. But her team is full of unprofessional people, from not being able to answer the phone or hanging up on or forgetting your on hold, the billing department not keeping detail records of what balances has been paid. And recently misrepresenting themselves as an in-network provider of Florida Blue, not explaining to their patients that they are an out of network provider and then billing the patient with a balance. I spoke with Eden from the billing department who has no clue about what she is doing and can barely explain a bill. I’ll be waiting a call back from the manager Michelle. I’ll also be reaching out to Florida Blue to inform them of there practice. Manager Michelle is completely unbelievable such a condescending person doesn't want to hear anything you have to say or allows you to explain your concerns. Keeps reminding you how much time you have taken from her and how she is so important and can't speak to anyone.

Excellently ran office!! Friendly and wonderful staff, I’ve honestly never been to a nicer office! Dr. was extremely knowledgeable and super nice. 10/10! Optometric center of Encino really set the bar! Keep up the great work!

I spent $300 on shoddy glasses and only wore them for 3 months and the frame broke and I stop at this place to see how they can help me and they refused to help me. The customer service at this location is terrible I do not recommend this place bad service and poor quality glasses. ( after this I drive directly to Walmart glasses store and they help me with this issue you will find better price and better service 100% )

Capital Eye Care is a highly recommended, professional care facility. We appreciate coming to know, over the years, that they are hard-working and caring specialists. My wife and I have been fortunate to be clients of Dr. Reynolds for several years. He and his entire staff have always taken the time to make sure we feel comfortable during our regular visits, answering any eye care questions we may have. My wife is never in doubt of the quality and accuracy of her ongoing prescriptions for contacts or other eye-wear. This year also marks the first time I will get reading glasses for computer work.
