Thank you closing crew at Americas best contacts and eyeglasses in Inglewood on Thursday July 13th 2023 I called right as i got out of work at 5pm as i was notified my lenses were ready for pick-up i called to ask if there would be enough time to get my lenses popped into my frames since i had about an hour and a half drive from orange county and i spoke with Rikki i believe told her i should be in by 6:20pm she said i should be fine as they close at 7pm , I got there at bit later around :630 pm and spoke with Jocelyn at the front counter and said Vanessa was able to help me , so she got my new lenses and at first my frames seemed to have some issues to switch out the lenses, but after getting some help from Yasmin , i am not sure how they did it, but they were able to get me out of there fast . I really appreciate the hard work you guys do! Thank you Vanessa for the Lenses I have been coming to this location for several years and every time and Vanessa has been able to help me every time !she deserves recognition and a raise for all she does! I will be back for a back up pair soon !

I came to this establishment a few months ago. It seem as though the person I spoke with did not want to assist me, I gave the name of my insurance he immediately said they don’t accept it there and can refer me to another location. I’ve never had that issue before everyone takes my insurance. Wondering was it racial?

They are sooo nice omg. When we walked in we were welcomed and after I asked if they did glasses repair a nice woman with short hair greeted us and fixed my tiny repair for free :))! They told us to come back and we definitely are thanks so muchhh

I’ve gotten both a pair of sunglasses & everyday glasses. They do an amazing job. I got my glasses in one day! I’m so happy how both of them came out. Had appointment at 10 am. Was here at 950. They said it would take 1 hour total. It is 1130 I have been waiting for 90 minutes and only have gotten dialating eye drops. This is not professional or responsible for them to do.

Friendly staff! My glasses came in a week. The wait was a little long but it’s understandle the doctor is great and he has a lot of business.

The receptionist kept me on hold for 20 min and I’m still waiting as of now

I barely crossed the threshold, received a cheery "GOOD MORNING" The service was exceptional, Dr was very informative and explained in layman's terms my issues. As well as, referred me to a specialist. All of the Staff was courteous and professional, processed me in on time, took their time. The reason I'm a repeat customer, very satisfied. Service with a smile!

The staff is kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Rajani makes everyone who visits her feel comfortable and you can tell she enjoys interacting with her patients. She is amazing. Highly recommend that you visit them for your eye care needs.
