I had an eye exam on Monday, Jan 6 and was very dissatisfied. The Dr was non verbal and didn't answer any of my concerns. Will never come back for an exam.

Dr. Sheh is the best.. have been seeing her for years. She always does the eye testing before she seems me so she can explain everything. Her assistants are always great typo, I feel blessed to be under her care.

Dr. Ervin and her staff are AMAZING! She is the first optometrist that has made it a point to explain to me about my eye health and what to look due to being nearsighted. She also took her time to explain to me my insurance and the benefits offered to me. I will definitely be referring her to anyone who needs an optometrist. Brandon was very helpful in helping me out with picking my glasses and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the great customer service.

I walked in for an exam with Dr ekin today. I had a complete examination (except for retinal scan which I skipped because I dd last year) and got some new sample contacts. Exam was complete got my sample contacts, ordered new contacts for next year and checked out all in 26 minutes. Dr e can also gave me a rebate for my contacts that I can fill out when they arrive.. The doc also answered some questions of mine related to the experiences of color deficient individuals as it relates to my professional life. I cannot recommend any changes for improvement. If I could give Dr e six stars I would.

I highly recommend this place! Ray is professional, very nice and so kind. I brought my glasses which I got overseas. He fixed perfectly and it was no charge at this time!! He knows materials of my glasses and lens where were made. I will definitely come back! Thanks for your help!

*Update of the review below. Since leaving my review, I have spoken with the North Olmsted Vision Center manager. Tiffany was very pleasant and kind. She will be issuing a Walmart Gift Card for $75 that I can use toward having my glasses made at another store. I am changing my rating based on her willingness to go above and beyond for me. I really appreciate it. I have also corrected my original review. I never spoke with the manage of this Walmart Vision Center until today. Original review as edited: A poorly informed staff member gave me incorrect information before I chose to have my eye exam at the North Olmsted Walmart Vision Center. Because she answered my questions incorrectly and incompletely, I now have a $75 prescription that I cannot have filled for the glasses I need. If the employee had known how to answer my questions, I would never have made the appointment. Neither of the two staff members at this Walmart Vision Center that I interacted with were willing to try to make a bad experience any better. All they seemed to be good at was saying “no”. The last employee I spoke with did not apologize and refused to take any responsibility, on behalf of the Vision Center, for the error or offer to pass my concerns on to his manager. His deadpan, uncaring attitude added to the problem. The entire experience was beyond frustrating, costly and totally unacceptable.

This place takes Medicaid for glasses (which is nice because literally nowhere else will) but you have to bring your prescription and Medicaid card with you in person, there are no exceptions whatsoever. … More

The Brick office picked up the phone right away and let me know they take my insurance. Got me in the same day with Pam (or Pat?) and Dr. Mahgerefteh who were very sweet and thorough in explaining the situation and steps they took. Dr. M found and resolved my issue immediately. This is the first pleasant experience I've had with a doctor in a very long time, I'm very grateful for the relief and they have pigeons on the lawn! (I love pigeons 🫶💕)

Staff is polite. Eye doctor is professional and she is thorough. My complaint is months and months out for an appointment. I suffer from Optical Migraines once or twice a year, so when I call to get in, the staff says sorry her next appointment is months out. This place is only good for your annual appointment. Imagine if your family doctor was like that.
