I brought my favorite sunglasses in for repair after my toddler got ahold of them for what I thought was a simple screw tightening. Turns out it was me the way I was taking them off and to fix them the person who repaired them came up with a creative solution to fix them so didn’t have to discard them. Appreciated their expertise to identify and solve the issues. So thankful! Staff very friendly and helpful.

I made an appointment for capitol eye care. I was 10 min late because I thought my appointment was at 9:30 instead of 9:10. There was no one in the waiting room the receptionist told my the doctor will not see me because I was late. I made an appointment because I had a really bad stye and the bump would not go away. They ended up billing me $50.00 for a no show and said I was not aloud back. Worst place ever never had an experience like that before.

I had LASIK surgery performed here last Thursday. The entire process including consultation, exam, surgical prep, surgery, and follow up were all thoroughly explained. The surgery was very successful as I now have perfect vision. Within 5 hours of surgery, I could see clearly without my glasses or contacts. The staff including the doctor were friendly and professional. A week later, my eyes are still feeling great! Thank you, New Vision

I saw Dr. Len during my visit, and he was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough in my exam and very good at answering my questions in a way I understood. The technicians were also very wonderful in every step in the process, from check in, to retinal imaging, to picking out my glasses, each member of the team was so helpful and made me feel so at ease. Jennifer was so patient and helpful when I had questions about my eyeglasses lenses and the checkout process. Will definitely be returning!

Our family has trusted our eyes to Dr Tuel for over 20 years. This office is a wonderful blend of professional experience and cutting edge treatment options. Dr Tuel is honest, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a complex vision issue and he has never steered me wrong with my prescription. Above all, I always feel my voice as a patient is heard when I'm in his office.

Care is good, but technician did all the testing. When she was done, I sat waiting for the doctor about 30-35 minutes.

Customer service was no help at all cause of the lack of knowledge in their department such as the sporting department. I would recommend for Walmart to hire people that are knowledgeable in all areas in the sporting department.

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience here at Val Vista vision. The staff is very friendly and Sue is extremely helpful when it comes to the best way to purchase contacts. The doctors are wonderful and even took the time to cover the new exercises that my daughter could do to avoid increasing her nearsighted prescription in the future.

I spent a lot of time here when I was growing up. In my experience, they do a good job and have a decent selection of frames. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid local glasses or contacts place.
