Best experience I have ever had. The most thorough exam ever. Very friendly service all the way around from the staff to the doctor. I loved my visit. I was bummed that they were out of network and I could afford to purchase my glasses from them. I will be back for my eye exams in the future. Keep up the amazing customer service... FIVE STARS!!!!

Arizbeth was professional and answered my questions about each of the tools being used. Dr. Shepard was very warm and welcoming. She provided a great experience by sharing her knowledge and educating me on the health and progression of my eye health. I appreciate all the information that was provided and the time that was taken to explain everything to me.

I've been a patient for over a decade and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eye care. The doctors down to the receptionists are so friendly and caring. Dr. Donna Madlangbayan is the best! She is the eye doctor of literally my entire family!They also have really cute and fashionable frames! I've had my current pair of glasses for about 3 years and I still get complimented on them!

Have been a happy patient of Dr. Madlangbayan for 10+ years. She's friendly and does a thorough exam, explaining the various tests, and answers any concerns around eye health. I come away feeling confident that my prescription is accurate and will improve my vision, whether it's for computer work, or everyday needs. Fairway Park also has a great staff who are professional & friendly, from the pre-exam screening, to reminders for appointments, or status of frame orders. Arturo, the optician, is knowledgeable about the various lens configurations and sizing, so you get the most comfortable fit. They also have a great selection of frames to fit any style. Highly recommend for your family's vision needs.

I've really enjoyed my visits to this office. The receptionist (Kristina) is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Bhakta are so patient with you even if you have a lot of questions. They make sure you're comfortable during your appointment! Their selection of glasses is also kept relatively up-to-date and I always like looking and trying them on. They have very stylish and cute frames! If you're trying on a pair, don't be afraid to ask for the staff's opinion either. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for eye care.

This eye care center is definitely worthy of the high reviews. Kristina and Dr. Bhakta are very welcoming, patient, friendly, and make sure that you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, especially during the eye exam which can be nerve-wracking for some at first. If you live in Hayward or the surrounding areas, I would definitely recommend this place to be your primary Eye Care Center. They also have a wide variety of different lens and frames here. Great customer service here and attention to detail.

Dr. Bhakta (no relation) and staff were safe, inviting, and carefully explained each step of the process— from the eye exam to choosing frames. Great frame selection (and top level brands) for regular lenses, and sunglasses! Got myself one pair of each, and am very pleased with my purchase. Easy experience, clean office, and definitely will be coming back with my family for their glasses.

The eye doctor was thorough with the eye examination, gave suggestions and treatments (if needed). The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!
